KFC • Seapark — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

I visited here 1st time in jan 2019 when i reached at 945pm the cashier said we will closed at 11, i feel not welcome howevrr i got a very juicy chicken this nite.

2nd visit is end of the month of jan 2019. All was fine just i said that i need chili sauce at the chilli station alrdy fnish. Staff could not understand what customer want. They all like playing around, talk very loud and not focused about order.

3rd visit i ordered truffle chicken its super crystal salty that u eat it till u can vomit. I req for change at counter however the staff SHOW FACE!!! To me that i said very nicely to change to normal chicken. VERY DISAPPOINTED ITS A SUNDAY tho... We turn very upset with the service.

4th visit i came at the counter and nobody would take my order altho its a 4 people standing there and scream at each other cashier!! Cashier!! Heyyy youuu do... You doo .. WHAT IS THIS???? THEN staff from behind at near the kitchen take the order not the one who shout or near the counter.

Then funny we come 2 person. My friend can order. I have to que again to order. WHAT A BAD STAFF U ALL HIRED. SHOULD TEACH THEM HOW TO BEHAVE AND BE POLITE

Return Visit in 2024

Atmosphere: 3/5 The restaurant is fully air-conditioned, though it can get a bit too cold at times, so it’s wise to bring a jacket. The space is illuminated with warm white lighting and surrounded by one-way mirrors, allowing you to watch the busy traffic at the intersection outside.

Food: 3/5 The chicken wasn’t as fresh as expected, but at least our choice of chicken was available.

Price: 3/5 For RM16.59, the “Jimat” offer is reasonably priced, including two pieces of chicken, rice, coleslaw, and a drink.

Will I come again? Why not? The strong air-conditioning and quieter environment make it a comfortable spot, as it doesn’t tend to get too crowded.

Bad experience ! Rude female staff name *shahira shakira smtg i nvr see clearly her name tag . Her face looks like i owned her 1000k ! I requested for chicken tigh she told me cannot . I often buy my kfc from this store and they usually give whatever chicken i want. And I bought 2 set snack plate without drinks , it supposed comes with 1 whipped potato , 1 coleslaw and 2 chickens. When i went back home i realised my both order were missing coleslaw! What a big mistake! If there’s a lot people queuing and waiting for their order, ill accept their mistake BUT that time when i buy my food there is only 3 CUSTOMER THERE INCLUDING MYSELF KFC SEAPARK please improve your workers attitude and check the order properly before giving out...
