I am sorry but it was such a horrible experience. Went with my wife and there was another table already in the middle of their meal, other tables were empty.
We ordered the fried chicken with salt and chilli, kai lan with salted fish and fried fish with Thai sweet sauce, and I had the Lemongrass drink.
It just took ages and ages for the food to arrive, I really can’t understand why. Even the Grabfood delivery riders were waiting so long for their orders, and there were no other customers !
Finally, the fried chicken was served with the steamed rice, we started eating and when we finished, the kai lan and fried fish still hadn’t arrived.
After I complained, we still had to wait awhile until the fried kai lan came, but still no sign of our fried fish … what’s happening, man??
When the fried fish finally came, I was surprised to see that it was not dry, but covered with a colorless watery liquid. When I questioned the waiter, I was told that it was the Thai sweet sauce … hahh?? So I tasted the sauce and it was watery salty, and I complained very strongly because it was practically inedible !!
Even the Lemongrass drink was a bit yucky … tepid and salty.
I can see that the ingredients are fresh and good quality but there is really something wrong with the cook, because the way it is cooked is really weird and sorry to say inedible. When the bill came I actually rejected the charge for the fried fish because we...

Ordered my usual suspects: Seafood tomyam soup (red) & omelette. Very pleased the tomyam soup comes with white rice. Had the choice of Thai Tea Water as my beverage, a contrast to the typical selection of other sugary options on the menu.
🥚 The omelette was made excellently and tasted delicious. Balanced nicely between the crispiness on the outside & the scrumptious texture on the inside. The addition of beansprouts seemed out-of-place I.M.O, could be replaced with some herb dressing.
🍲 As for the seafood tomyam: 4/5. It's ALMOST THERE. This place has the high potential to gain returning customers with this dish. Personally, the tomyam's performance would make me visit here twice a month. Although, I have choices which make me want to visit once-a-week. But I think Thai Moment can achieve that accolade, with a bit more RnD. Keep it up!
☕ My personal highlight was the Thai Tea. Served either chilled or hot (non-sweet), it's a significantly refreshing taste compared to the typical Teh O I've been ordering elsewhere at mamaks & Malay restaurants. The best part is that it's already tasty on its own (i.e no sugar), so this makes one of the best beverage options besides drinking water to pair with your meal.
OVERALL: 4/5. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Very happy there's a decent Muslim-friendly Thai restaurant in the neighbourhood that serves very decent meals at...

Ambience : ☆☆☆ The ambience is a delightful blend of modern and traditional Thai decor. The dim lighting, paintings/posters, and minimalistic furnitures create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The warm colors and artistic touches make for a pleasant dining experience.
Food, Beverages & Desserts : ☆☆☆ The food was yummy ! Every dish bursts with authentic Thai flavors and is well prepared. From the aromatic Tom Yum soup to the flavorful Chicken with Cashew Nuts, each bite is a journey through the vibrant tastes of Thailand. The use of fresh ingredients and the perfect balance of spices showcase the chef's expertise.
Service : ☆☆☆ The service I felt could have been better. I think the night i was there, maybe they were lacking in manpower. The restaurant was not full house however there was only 1 staff member who attended to our needs. He was knowledgeable about the menu. The food was served promptly as we were there before dinner time. The staff were nowhere to be seen when we wanted to add orders.
Pricing : ☆☆☆ The pricing is reasonable for the quality and portion sizes offered. The menu provides a variety of options, allowing diners to find dishes that fit their budget without compromising on taste or quality. You may also choose their set menu which i feel is value for money.
Overall, it was a...
