Dear Sir/ Madam,
I tried calling the office as I had lost my favourite clip yesterday.. Its a VERY SPECIAL clip.. This morning I called and someone answered the call.. Said they would get back to me.. But no reply till now.. When I called back about 5 to 6 times, they ( Your STAFF) are NOT ANSWERING or CUTTING MY CALL!!!!! 😡😡😡 I would consider this action as VERY RUDE!!!
Please take the necessary action or I will go to the next level!!!

I've just been to the restaurant this afternoon and they tell me that they never saw anything while clearing the table.. If your staff find some items left behind by the customer won't they immediately take the item to the lost and found box??? That's only the right thing to do, isn't it???? Hoping your staff are truthful to customers who come and ask for lost items??
Suggestions:
Please install a CCTV CAMERA in the OUTSIDE SITTING AREA ALSO!!!
When customers ask/ request to see top management for at least 2 mins, you CANNOT give excuses saying that they are busy etc..

Read moreBad experience when parking at the basement carpark of their office building at VSQ-QSR Petaling Jaya along Jalan Utara. Where I parked meant I have to come out of the building through their ground floor, which is full of KFC and Pizza Hut adverts (meaning that the lobby belongs to them) via the carpark lift.
While suddenly the security guards were concerned that I almost slipped on their polished yet slippery floor (it was raining just ourside), they banned me from using their clean, posh well litted lift. Take note that I have a disabled husband who can't possibly walked out in the rain, go behind the behind and walk down an equally dark and dingy flight of steps to an equally dark and dingy carpark. Granted KFC and QSR may just be the tenants of VSQ and they don't own the building nor the carpark (or do they?) But the sceuriu guards and staff are under their pay scale, and it reflects terribly on their image. But actually is dam stupid. Whole building only got 1/2 autopay machine. ( seriously?). If the person is pregnant u expect dam walk so far to pay parking? The auto pay is also a very very long walk away from.parking
