Your Bartender and server all male are very rude even did give me my bottle card when bought a bottle of Dewars 12 years , when I came I told them about there was no apology extended . Further the marking on the bottle after I drank they did not mark it correctly which made me unhappy and I took the bottle away home. Further even other customers also told them your male staff workers the marking was wrong they were arguing with them.

What is disappointing they fibbed about me to another friend who comes there regularly. Just to let you know I was a regular to Cobra Club since 1998 and also a old friend of late Rory Teng.

Please train your staff on hygenie not to use their hands on peanuts, ice cubes and lemon slices.Further know their liquor product well when customers ask. Your male staff have offensive body odour as well seem to be lacking...

Simple and safe place to play basketball. The basketball court is convertible into other sports activity based on the paint divisions on the floor. It is well ventilated with all the industrial fans running while playing and it is also well lit up when it was night time. Wooden benches were also very comfy with enough height for sitting down while waiting or after playing. Though I didn't get the chance to check the toilet, for me it serve well based on its purpose. And there's a restaurant nearby if ever someone gets hungry. They also have enough car parking space for all players. Overall, I will play next time I return to this place and enjoy the place and company of some of my chill...

One of the best rugby clubs in Asia, unfortunately the bar has been rebounded and now become "The Sideline". The renovations have taken a bit of the old club feel away which is a bot sad but the new bar manager is useless and the prices they are charging now are ridiculous. The bar manager training his staff to short poor beers to save, in his words "wastage", is terrible and the management style is abusive and demeaning to his workers. I could bore you with the details, but this isn't the place for such a novel. In closing, some of the most expensive, short poured drinks in KL paired with an incompetent manager have destroyed this once...
