Pizza Hut Xpress VSQ — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

Today ur special promo how come let staff only 1 person at ur outlet and this staff not brief well for promo system and dont know how to punch the promo.When i arrive at Pizza Hut Taman Putra a lot customer stand and waiting coz need waiting manager come to outlet..the question is where is manager on Duty in this time with 1st day launch this promo??how ever i very2 pity for this gurl staff with handle alone and i can see how she very nervous in what happend now at outlet.I can see staff on cll with manager but why manager must aggry with staff?i give solute to this female staff as she still can smile with customer after doing settel this issue and non stop say sorry...

I ordered just a chicken bolognaise spaghetti and a lemonade when the restaurant was literally empty but me and another customer, I waited for 40+ minutes while starving and the staff served the people who came after me. I saw them very busy with them but I couldn’t understand why mine took so long! Plus I was standing infront of them and they seem unbothered at all! I was with my family at Friday night 18-10-2019 at Batu beremdam melaka.my wife ordered e carbonara pasta and firstly,e pasta was not cook properly.then e mushroom has a funny taste in it.she didn't know abt it till she almost finish e pasta where e mushroom was e last that she ate.e same night till this Sunday,she had diarrhea.i will be reporting this matter to Pizza hut head office and e gov department.this is not how u should run a F&B outlet.this is a disgrace and disrespectful to food industry.i do hope u can give me a good explanation abt what happened at...
