Very bad service. I ordered the RM 2.50 beverages promo (1 Nov -29 Dec) and the staff said have to wait for 30 minutes (there was no disclaimer saying have to wait for at least 30 minutes upon ordering) stated on the printed promotion. Okay, since I'm working in one of the offices in this building I don't mind just to come back and collect my drink. After 30 mins I went to collect again, only realized that my drink was not ready and on the screen there was a long list of "preparing" numbers showing on screen whereas on the "pick up" list there wasn't showing any number. I patiently waited for another 10 minutes and there were customers just took their drinks without showing the receipt. Clearly it was a jump queue kind of story, because the staff just served all the non-promotional drinks first and kept us waiting. I confronted them and one of the senior staffs asked : apalah masalah? (Without looking at me and ignored my question) and said , lain kali kalau customer tak boleh tunggu, jangan buat! Is this how the way tealive should treat your customers ?? If you want us to wait in order to enjoy your super cheap promo, please be a little professional by putting a disclaimer that says "customers will have to wait for 30 minutes". I now rather spend on xing fu tang for a triple price of a drink than paying for your lousy...

There is a male employee whose service attitude is very bad. I ordered a cup of hot original pearl milk tea, but he gave me a cup of iced milk tea After that, I asked him. His attitude was very disdainful , He said that he had just asked whether I wanted regular or large, thinking that I would default to ice milk tea, but I didn't know that hot milk tea had only one size.

Workers there don’t do their jobs properly. I ordered regular and mentioned regular twice, he proceeded to bring me a large cup, charging extra. The whole refund process took so long too so I just gave up.

Today ordered boba from same branch. Came with no straw. How to drink boba without any large straws??
