I had a quite disappointing experience here. Upon entered the cafe, there is no staff to sit us. We were standing at the door till a staff who noticed us (he was at back of cafe, near kitchen area) and made finger gesture like how many people are coming. We responded three people (2 adults and 1 toddler) and I pointed out my kid who standing in front of me. The staff don't even bother to walk over and just pointed the table near us, asking us to sit there. Then I thought that staff will come over to ask if I need baby chair whatnot. But that guy never walk to us and no staff approached us. So in the end, I went and take the baby chair myself.

The cafe layout kinda narrow and there was a kid who blocking the way. And so I stucked with baby chair, waiting to walk over to my kid. The staff there not even want to help me out.

After the food served, I asked for kid's utensils set i.e. plate, cup, spoon and fork. The lady staff looked so confused like I'm requesting for some weird thing there. So I explained "can I request for kid plate, spoon..?"... But then the staff just bring plate only to me????? Hello???? Do I really need to tell her properly that I need plate, spoon and fork... The whole set??

Then I again request for spoon and fork.. Again she bring me the metal spoon and fork.. I so lazy to request and talk to her. So my friend took initiative to walk to kitchen and find the kid utensils. A staff noticed my friend looking over the utensils rack and only ask what she need. My friend explained to the staff, and only went to wash new set of kid utensil... The food is so-so. My fried...

Came here and saw this place from outside and thought "Hmmm...don't knock it till you try it.

We came in and had to use the QR code to order. There were items missing from the QR menu and different phones got different variety. So approaches the staff and asked for the item the staff insisted on using the online menu, then showing that the online menu said sold out even though it was on display you could see visible frustration that they know they app they are using is buggy. Totally understand efficiency but kinda lacked the human interaction needed in the type of cafe they are going for based on the deco. Think indoor French cafe.

The kitchen pacing could use some improvements, especially if you see kids and items ordered from the kids menu, that should be a priority. Human interaction from the staff could have avoided that the kids food was almost the last to leave the kitchen. The attention to these small details that the food costs should be reflected in the front end staff.

Food taste was not bad, but the portions nor the taste matched the price for the savoury menu.

The sweet treats were better taste, pricing and portion wise.

Coffee wasn't bad but I wouldn't go out of my way to get one from here.

Would come back only if there is no where else in the vicnity that I would rather go...

First time experience that was a bit unpleasant for us. We came during break hour on Friday so it was full of ladies customers. As we walked we saw a signboard, they offer promotion during lunch hour til 2 pm. We made an order thru website at 1:52 pm, because it counts as lunch hour as per their promotion we ordered promo meal: Spaghetti and lemon tea ice, also pain au choco, and scone. We got the food. Spaghetti was delicious, the others were just normal. Scone was a bit small for that price & too buttery as per our bud taste. We waited the lemon tea for a while, so we asked the waitress. She walked to the counter talking with other staffs, they were talking about lemon tea we ordered for sure because their face looked at us, then looked to the clock. Then one of the walked outside, picked the promo signboard, keep it inside. When we asked about lemon tea yes it was after 2 pm, but we made the order before 2 pm. It was still on the lunch hour duration. so why the staffs looked like they hesitate to serve us the drink? Yes they didnt directly say to refuse our order, but the way they "discussed" it on the counter was make us...

Came here on a rainy Monday afternoon. It was quite sparse with people; perhaps because it’s a weekday. The cafe is clean, had beautiful decor and a welcoming atmosphere. Ordering was easy and convenient by scanning a QR code that takes you to a Beepit online menu. Ordered a chocolate roll, Sunny Pasta, one matcha latte, and one cranberry juice. The pastry isn’t much to rave about, probably around the same level as Jaya Grocer pastries imo. It’s not amazing, but it still tastes okay. The pasta was rich and creamy, with the addition of egg yolk; delicious but I was caught off-guard by the cut-up pasta noodles. If you’re a pasta purist, then probably don’t offend yourself by going here, but if you don’t really care about all that jazz, it’s still worth trying. The matcha latte is surprisingly good, and cranberry juice is cranberry juice, nothing special. The prices of the food & drink are standard cafe fare in Klang Valley, but I think it’s worth it for the atmosphere—really cozy, warm, and welcoming. Though I must note that you must pay for parking at 3 Two Square, and it’s not cashless. All in all, 4.4/5 for me.
