Starbucks 3 Two Square — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

I was disappointed that the staff were not well trained to make the coffee I requested. I ordered long black in this morning, a girl name JUE was preparing my LONG BLACK which is not correct. I questioned her about the coffee was not right and she argued and not admitting mistakes that I mentioned to her. I believe that an international brand must provide good after-sales service. However, the service attitude of this branch needs to be improved as well as their coffee brewing training. And another barista name ZUL which is wearing black apron as I know he is a pro barista, he did apologise to me which the girl JUE did the wrong LONG BLACK. End up he just get back my tumbler and added another americano shot inside my tumbler which is not correct too. I hope that this store can be improved in their training after sales service and coffee brewing knowledge. BTW, I'm a star luxe member. Not to showoff but to let you know that I am a loyal customer who has supported the company for many years and knows the quality of the coffee I MUST drink every day. If I were not a loyal customer, there would be no need for me to questioned...

This Starbucks Coffee outlet was originally located at the old Jaya Supermarket, before it was demolished for major renovations to the building. It is manned by friendly and helpful staff, from the front line baristas to the resident store manager.

I have been a loyal patron of this Starbucks branch even before it was officiated in February 2008 and have seen countless staff come and go.

This is a great place to meet up with friends and business associates. It used to be fairly quiet in the early days but by 2010 it became a popular and crowded coffee joint for college students and adults alike.

Ever since the old Jaya Supermarket building was rebuilt and a new Starbucks outlet was reopened, the 3 Two Square branch isn't as packed as...

The place was very hot. It was not worth the time we spent. We come to Starbucks to relax with good drinks and enjoy the cozy environment, not suffer in the heat. I'm not sure if the aircon was not working that day or not but they could have atleast notified about it.

My mom was absolutely frustrated calling it the worst Starbucks she had been to. She loves Starbucks btw.

The customer service was unfriendly as well. There are somethings which we can't get and we understand, it's normal. Atleast say it nicely, don't have to be rude about it.
