Serving simple quick western & local favourites, eg; hot plate chicken chop, lamb chop, steaks, pasta, salmon, saba fish, nasi lemak and laksa, etc.
It's sort of a make shift type eatery with yellow tent tops and crowded seating. Ordering is via scan app and food takes about 20 mins to arrive after orders are placed.
When choosing to dine here, patrons should be prepared for; lack of parking, 20-25 mins wait to be seated, hot and stuffy surroundings.
Having said that, we actually quite enjoyed the chicken chop (rm9.90 per serving), which were served fresh and piping hot.
However, the striploin steak should be rename just BEEF STEAK...tough as hell (must be cheap Indian buffalo meat!) While the lamb shoulder chop is paper thin. Understandably, at rm19.90 per serving, one should not expect too much from these items... but then again what's the point? It's more likely to draw criticism rather than compliments from diners. My advise is to remove both these two items off the menu completely...if they cannot do better.

Read moreThis simple dinner experience was simple pick at where to go for. So we ended up at SS2, near durian king stall behind. Not a particularly stand out joint since we decided to go something filling. So we opted for a chicken chop with fries but changed it for spaghetti instead. It came with a slightly spicy pepper sauce. It went well with the spaghetti noodles thus giving it a spicy bite. The chicken piece wasnt as big as at our usual place in mayang oasis but at less than rm10, i wasnt about to argue with anyone. My misses had a plain chop wuth fries.. The service was fast and the cooking was done inside a converted school bas. For a simple dinner meal at less than rm10 each person, it was a no brainer choice especially in places like in PJ. They do serve other on their menu and would not serve me any good to spoilt it for you though and for you to try and test them out personally. Good or bad, cheap or expensive yr own personal verdict I believe. If youre looking for a cheap and filling meal,...

Portion : the Chicken Wellington are slightly bigger compared to the one in their menu.
Serving Time : quite fast.
Foods : Chicken Wellington : the pastry and chicken meat cooked well, light marination on the meat with butter to maintain the chicken's sweetness and juiciness.
Mushroom Sauce : Shiitake for body so you can expect the umaminess from it. Slightly thicker from the starch, best to enjoy it while it's hot. If you think your Wellington too buttery, this make a good pair for you to tune down abit the buttery taste.
Corn : boiled before grill, so it's a bit soggy and lose it's sweetness a bit, but easier to eat because of the texture.
Brocolli : butter sauteed, soft and a bit crunchy...
