Greetings. My name is Nita. Yesterday I went to Starbucks at SS2 branch to chill with my mom as yesterday, there's a promotion buy 1 free 1.
I truly satisfied with the surrounding, the taste of the drinks and absolutely with the service of the staff especially manager Sha. She is clever to handle the peak hour situation. She rapidly help her staff to take an order from customer that in long queue. I also saw she make all the drinks first so all the customers can just proceed to payment without waiting for their drinks for a long time. Great job to her 2 staff too.
I ordered a Venti Jaya Chip Frappe and also Venti Dark Mocha Frappe for my mom. At pickup station, Sha ask me and my mom to taste a our drinks first. My mom just not really satisfied with her drink because she couldn't taste of coffee. I told her about my mom's drink, and without anything, she offered to remake a new dark mocha for my mom. She ask us to have a sit first because we were like a last customer on that time.
Not more than 5 mins, she send that new drink. She is so emphasize about customer satisfaction, because she told me that she would not leave before my mom taste the new remake.
We were get acquainted and having short conversation. I'm quite amazed when she told me that she is new promoted shift supervisor there. Sha, the staff and that store did a great job.

Then he process ordered americano and donut then I said coffee I want caffe mocha then I said for breakfast I want chic o cheese
So I order Caffe mocha + chic o cheese
He bill me Caffe mocha + chic o cheese + americano + donut
This isn’t the first time this outlet keep messing up my order so with that it will be my last time coming to this outlet.
With that I can only give one star. Mostly I should start boycott Starbucks too like others?
Old review (2nd visit) 2 stars Still give average for taste of my breakfast and nice atmosphere. But service was terrible.
My breakfast was given me in a paperback and the croissant stick to the paperbag. This is so unacceptable from such an established brand and for the price I paid this the quality I get. Refer photo

What's strange is in this new revamped one, they don't know how to adjust the volume of their songs and it's quite irritating even with headphones. I've been to many other Starbucks branches and they know what volume to put the music at so it's not too loud or distracting. For this SS2 branch, upstairs I can get very distracted by the songs not only bcoz of the volume but the songs are too crisp clear it makes you think you're in a live band cafe - that's not what Starbucks ambience is meant to be. The songs played should be subtle and blend into your surroundings so you can focus. Even with headphones on, you can still hear the songs play it's annoying.
