The worst mixue branch experience i have ever had.
Door and the Queue - The Start Order Queue is way too close to the door where the door pushing direction is literally hits the queue. The way of the door installation is literally hitting the customer that queue for the ordering.
Operation Issue - Understand that the shop operation hour ends at 10.30PM and staff can start make the last call by just close the shutter half. However if there's still have some client still in queue while the kitchen still have tons of tea leftover, operation team should serve the client. If happened that want to end the operation sharp by 10.30PM then operation team should announce that last call is 10.25PM for those who queue behind we sorry for not able to take any more order. However this is not done hence the operation team is totally not doing right at all.
Impolite Staff - Two particular staff in charge is impolite which is the Malay Staff [Girl] and Chinese Staff [Guy with Perm Hair]. Chinese Staff who should be the cashier is moving away from counter while try to serve sundae however he is dragging the time while making laughter with colleague while there is a long queue is waiting at the cashier. Meanwhile the malay staff by sharp 1030PM told all the client we are close hence no more order is taking. However when client give the feedback that we are queue for more than 10min and you telling us not selling to the client, she just turn away without entertaining the customer.
Staff not Telling the Truth - There is estimate about 4~6 client that still in queue while the staff is told us to leave. By looking at the kitchen, the tea and drink is still in stock [At least half of the bottle which is visible by customer] but the staff say all drink is sold out. This is totally telling the lie to the client, if due to operation hour is end just tell the client that the kitchen is close and not telling the client that all drink...

1st incident 7/9/2023 i would suggest some staff training or mixue should consider the understaff issue as i had a bad experience at the branch, there were only 3 staff in the shop and there were a few customers only(3 customers), but they took 20 mins to take order from a queueing customer. I was the only one queueing and 2 of the staff were at the counter busying whatso (which i had no idea as the girl was writing on the paper or receipt whatever repeatedly) and completely ignored the queueing customer at the counter. After 20 mins, the taller girl with glasses only take order when she saw there were more customers walking in. in conclusion, please consider staff training or understaff issue as iām afraid the ss2 branch might not be able to retain loyal customer in the long run
2nd incident 14/9/23 i have bought these from your SS2 branch with the issue of : topped up rm1 for toppings which should be doubled pearl, but apparently the pearls are on...
