McDonald's is a fast-food chain known for its delicious burgers, fries, and shakes. I recently visited the McDonald's in SS2 and tried several of their menu items. Here is my review of my experience.
Firstly, I ordered the double cheeseburger. The burger was tasty and filling, with two beef patties, two slices of cheese, pickles, onions, ketchup, and mustard, all sandwiched between two soft buns. The beef patties were cooked well, and the cheese was melted perfectly. The combination of flavors and textures made for a satisfying burger experience.
Next, I tried the big mac. This iconic burger features two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions, all sandwiched between a sesame seed bun. The special sauce is what sets this burger apart, giving it a unique and addictive flavor. The burger was well-constructed, with all the ingredients in perfect proportion to each other.
Moving on to the spicy beef burger, I was impressed by the amount of heat in this burger. It features a beef patty, lettuce, cheese, spicy sauce, and onions, all sandwiched between two buns. The beef patty was cooked well, and the spice level was just right, providing a nice kick without being overwhelming.
The quarter pounder was another solid burger choice. It features a quarter-pound beef patty, cheese, onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard, all sandwiched between a sesame seed bun. The beef patty was juicy and flavorful, and the combination of toppings added extra texture and flavor to the burger.
For seafood lovers, the filet o fish is a great option. This burger features a breaded fish patty, tartar sauce, and lettuce, all sandwiched between a sesame seed bun. The fish patty was crispy and flaky, and the tartar sauce provided a nice tangy flavor. The lettuce added some extra freshness to the burger, making it a great choice for those who prefer a lighter burger.
The nuggets and fries are classic McDonald's sides, and they did not disappoint. The nuggets were crispy and flavorful, with a tender and juicy interior. The fries were hot and crispy, with a perfect balance of saltiness and potato flavor. They are the perfect side to any burger meal.
To wash down my meal, I ordered a coke. It was cold and refreshing, with the right amount of carbonation. It complemented the flavors of the burgers and fries perfectly.
For dessert, I tried the sundae cone and apple pie. The sundae cone was creamy and sweet, with a crispy waffle cone. The apple pie was hot and crispy, with a sweet and tart apple filling. They were both great ways to end the meal.
The ambiance of the McDonald's in SS2 was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately. The seating area was spacious and comfortable, providing a nice place to sit and enjoy my meal.
In conclusion, the McDonald's in SS2 is a great fast-food restaurant that delivers on quality, taste, and convenience. The burgers, fries, and sides are all delicious and satisfying, and the desserts are a great way to end the meal. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Whether you're in a rush or looking for a quick meal, McDonald's is a great option that delivers on...
Read moreHello, I am currently at Petaling Jaya SS2 branch and would like to file a complaint regarding the extremely poor service attitude here. I have never encountered such terrible service before.
First of all, it is now 10:45 PM. There were no available seats downstairs, so we naturally went upstairs to sit. Before heading upstairs, there were no signs or staff informing us that the upstairs area was not available for seating at this time.
After my friend and I sat down, within less than 2 minutes, all the lights upstairs were turned off. At that time, besides us, there were two other tables of customers. One group was dining, and the other, like us, was waiting for their food.
Then, a staff came up and told us that they were closing at 12 AM and that we were not allowed to sit upstairs. However, there were no seats available downstairs. So where were we supposed to sit?
First of all, if you don't want customers to sit upstairs, at least you can do is put up a sign to let customers know that the area is closed, instead of just turning off the lights and asking us to leave. This is my first time dining at this branch, and it has been an extremely unpleasant experience. All three tables upstairs were clearly unhappy, and the staff claimed he was just a worker following the manager’s instructions. All of us requested that the manager come and explain why the situation was being handled this way. The staff also claimed that there was a sign posted and that we ignored it, yet at that moment, another customer came upstairs, and he had told to leave. If a sign was really there, why do people keep coming upstairs?
And then, another staff came up angrily, slammed a sign down loudly, and then muttered “Are you stupid?" before walking away.
This dining experience has severely changed my view of McDonald’s. I sincerely hope you will take proper action and respond...
Read moretoday, around 2pm, me and my wife decided to take a quick stop at mcd ss2. i really like this store as it is 24hrs and its near our place. used the kiosk to avail of the mcs deals using the app and was told that only 1 deal for 1 receipt. thats fine and i understood. so the staff in purple asked us to fall in line at the cashier though there was quite a queue. thats fine as well. there was only 1 cashier and so she went on to the 2nd machine to accept payments. when it was my turn to pay, she left and so the other customer on the 1st machine asked me to pay before him. but the cashier didnt want me to transact since i was from the other queue. im disgusted... we were hungry.. and we followed instructions. note that i wanted to add more to my order and pay using my maybank qr code. but they were so impatient, not understanding, and did not know how to explain properly. i would have stayed if someone just explained that "oh sir, u have to wait again and move to the end of the queue" which does not make any sense BUT, i would have still understood it. but noone did. now, i will tell all of my friends and loved ones...
