the staff there has absolutely 0 customer service attitude! especially the chinese female staff with black hair and glasses. here's my experience with her: went in and was greeted with a unpleasant face, seemingly trying to hint that she is angry and upset on the fact that theres customers. as i was ordering, i had to repeat my order 3 times until she understood, if language barrier is your excuse, keep in mind i was speaking ENGLISH to a CHINESE staff. after ordering, i went to sit down and wait when suddenly i heard her shouting " MISS! MISS!" in a rude tone and pointing to the pick up counter even though my number wasn't called. as i approached the counter, the order that was there wasnt even mine, but the person before me. not sure what is the point of shouting miss to me if my order wasnt even complete yet??? the customer service here compared to other nearby mixue branches has OBVIOUS differences. please fire her for the sake of other customer's experiences not getting ruined, already seen a few other comments regarding rude staffs. if working here brings her NO joy, i think she shouldnt be allowed to work here. its tainting the...

I've entertained by the cashier which didn't smile at all and no eye contact at all. Upon ordered I did mentioned what I want unfortunately I didn't get the drink that I want. Asked for a change to add on the brown sugar the cashier rudely say no without even ask or seeking from their PIC instead asked me to order new one. Omg where is the customer service. I left the premises without an apology. I didn't satisfied at all with the service. How rude that I've get the no answer when you know that your customer needed an assist in order to change or to add on the order. Most of the cashier welcomed with the smile but I am regular customer seeing her will always without smile...

As regulars here, we were really dissappointed. we often go there in the day and its the first time we go at night after tarawih. and in google it states that it closes at 11:30pm on friday and just to be confirm WE CALLED before went there. and the staff CLEARY SAID IT CLOSES AT 11:30pm. as we get there around 10:27pm, one of the staffs quickly run to the entrance to flip the open sign to close 😟 it was so disappointing since its ramadhan and we just thought of having smth cold and refreshing…please if its true that you close at 10:30 then update your operating...
