Dear Lady Boss of Pangkor Village Seafood Restaurant,

As a regular for over the past 10 years and more, today I would like to give a bad review. Yesterday was Mother's Day and the rain was pouring very heavily near evening, so my mum decided to call up to order first and pick up later as what we normally do for time efficiency.

She called up your restaurant around 6.15pm to place order and was told to come around 7.00pm to collect it. Both my parents arrived the restaurant at 7.15pm thinking that the order should be ready and can be collected. Unfortunately they were told by the lady boss that the order was delayed and wasn't prepared by the chef yet, due to the piling orders from food delivery app.

Thinking that since the order was placed an hour ago and they were already present physically in the restaurant, my parents decided to wait a little while. They thought that the chef would prepare our order immediately, but unexpectedly, he did not.

After waiting for an hour's time which is around 8.15pm, the order still hasn't arrived yet. My mum went up to ask the lady boss again and this time she replied the same thing as well saying that they had to prepare the orders from food delivery app first, hence our order wasn't being prepared. This time, my parents were shocked and decided to leave.

Total time wasted was approximately 2 hours and the order wasn't being prepared even when they left. Both my parents were utterly upset and disappointed on the customer service provided. The lady boss did not seem sorry as and there wasn't any apologize made. Maybe she thought that she was right to prioritize customers from the food delivery app more than the call-to-order/walk-in customers.

If you don't intend to prepare our order, why accept our it in the first place. Everyone's time is precious. Please review this...

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional dining experience I had at your restaurant. From start to finish, the level of service and quality of the food was truly remarkable.

The moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staffs, especially the lady boss who made me feel welcome and at home. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire meal, and their service truly made the dining experience unforgettable.

And as for the food, I can say without reservation that it was some of the best seafood I have ever tasted. The fresh crabs in particular was nothing less than mind blowing! The flavors were expertly crafted, and the presentation was stunning. I could tell that the ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality, and the attention to detail in the preparation and plating was simply outstanding.

Overall, I can confidently say that the restaurant provides an exceptional dining experience that I would recommend to anyone who appreciates outstanding service and remarkable seafood. Thank you for the amazing experience, and I look forward to my next...

Ive been meaning to try this shop for quite some time now since my sister always raved about it. Parking is not easily available in this area so come early. Also most food outlets here become full fast so advice is to do a booking. Ok I had a Indonesian server who was superb. Very patient and helpful. Able to answer all of queries and offered suggestions as well. 5star service from here. Regards to the food it was nice and tasty. We were in luck that they were having a promo 1kg crabs for rm76 but I wished I could have gotten XXL size ones here as well. Mantou was nice.
