Nestled in a charming corner of the city, Unsalted butter Café is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. From the moment you step inside, the welcoming atmosphere and the scent of freshly baked goods greet you, promising a delightful experience.
This café is a haven for cake and pastry lovers. Their Mille crepe and scones are nothing short of perfection, rivaling those you'd find in Korea. Each layer of the Mille crepe is a testament to their dedication to quality and flavor, while the scones are baked to golden perfection, offering a crumbly, crispy & buttery texture that paired with whipped cream.
But it doesn't stop there. The pastries at Unsalted butter Café are as unique as they are delicious. Each one is crafted with an artist's touch, making them not only a treat for the taste buds but also a feast for the eyes. It's clear that the chefs put a lot of love and creativity into their creations.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every visit is a pleasant one. Their excellent service adds to the overall experience, making you feel right at home.
And then there's the gelato. House-made with the finest ingredients, it's an experience you won't want to miss. The blue chrysanthemum and pistachio flavors stand out, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and richness that leaves you wanting more.

I decided to try the matcha yuzu crepe, early grey and lemon scone, tiramisu scone, raspberry rose cake and it did not disappoint. The cake was moist, and the frosting was perfectly balanced—not overly sweet. Each bite was a delightful experience, and you could tell that quality ingredients were used. And you should try their gelato… They are amazing!
