Awful customer service. I patronised this starbucks outlet on Christmas day at 9.25pm as there was a buy 1 free 1 maybank promotion I wanted to claim. I inquired about the promotion to Azam, the staff working at the cashier at that time. He informed that the promotion has finished and pointed at another promotion available that was printed on the card without any further explanation. As I was trying to read what that promotion was, he very rudely said "Cepat, cepat, cepat. Kita nak tutup dah". Is this how Starbucks employees treat their paying customers? Mind you, our interaction at that point was 2 minutes max. It wasn't as if I was taking 15 minutes to decide on what drink to order or ordering at 9.59pm. If you're that unhappy with your job just quit your job and find another job that doesn't require you to interact with people. Starbucks please train your employees to have better customer service if you still wanna maintain a profitable business...

I did give them a benefit of doubt everytime the coffee turns out bad, taste bad, they keep blaming that the coffee machine is old & HQ is aware and hasn't done the necessary arrangement! The ultimate trigger today was when I asked for the supervisor and someone by the name Mimmie (apparently the manager of duty) came out speaking so rudely, 1stly no smile nor greeting, she doesn't acknowledge to the feedback that the starbucks service is bad , poor customer service and the drink quality is poor. Read moreBad experience on 23/5/23 around 2pm. The staff was very selective in attending their customers. I was treated sarcastically while some customers from a certain race were treated well. Additionally, I was not given the free 1 drink after topping up RM100 to the card. And they didn't deduct 2 ringgit even though I brought my tumbler. They also made us look like a foolish customer when I would like to purchase the cooler bag. Hopefully management can educate your staff regarding ongoing promotions.
