Freshly bake every 4 hour! ,no overnight bread.Award winning in France.
Con: only open at 9am. Regretly Hogan miss the rush hour to catch office crowd as Jaya Shopping centre are surrounded by MSC status office and white collars here have spending power. If Hogan are able to open at 8am their sales will pick up, bcoz malaysian treat bread as breakfast, not main course. And breakfast choices in this area are limited! only nasi lemak/ mamak/ Mc cafe. Simply just schedule cashier to on shift 8am, and prioritize a few choices of bread by routine in morning.U can close...
Read moreFive stars for your Lemon Garden cheesecake cuz I love it and it's rare to find lemon cakes around. One star for your staff's service. I didn't get the cashier's name, but after paying with my Citibank card I noticed a cardboard at the side of the counter stating a free item for spending of RM15 with a Citibank card. It was a free Snow pastry of some sorts, which cashier girl pleasantly explained to me. But apparently cashier girl has already keyed in the bill so I can't get that free item. Sure, it's not that I wanted to eat it but from what I understand, you can void the bill and issue it again right? Since your customer is still here. And no I did not get her name. Just a heads up to other Citibank cardholders to MENTION before paying that you're transacting with a Citibank card to ensure you get your free Snow pastry. Thanks and...
Read moreThe breads are good, but I think their company policy is flawed. I paid a fine penny for the breads, and mjnd you, they are not cheap, but the quality is good so I didn't mind. But while they were packing my 6 buns in individual plastic bags, they didn't think it is a problem at all when I didn't want to pay extra for a giant plastic or paper bag to hold them all. First, if they want to save the environment, then why wrapped all of my buns in non-biodegradable plastic bags, 2nd, none of their staff think it appropriate to offer me help at all or just lend me their tray or anything to carry all of the buns to the car. So there I was trying to juggle all of my buns, handphone, wallet car keys with my hands. This is to be contrary with buying groceries at Jaya grocer. No plastic bag is expected. It is just bad...
