Chicken was raw. I got the Chipotle chicken. First was leg-thigh quarter... It was raw. I asked it to be changed to normal fried chicken, they said cannot. Has to be Chipotle too. I didn't want the breast it's the only one left. I accepted anyway. No word of apology, but they replaced with free choco chip muffin so I let it go. The replacement breast was raw too. I lost my appetite. I brought it back to the counter. I said it was raw again but just pack it up and I'll cook it at home. They were rude again and no word of apology. Kept asking if I wanted to bungkus it. I just said bungkus coz it's raw. I might as well cook myself. They were again nice enough to replace it, although breast again. But no sorry or whatever. A great thumbs up for the manager and one of the staff named Aishu, definitely some of the best employees out there who deserve some 5-star award.

Some of the staffs in the store overlook my order yesterday and instead of giving me the 3 sets that I ordered, they gave me only two. Today, when I went back to Texas to request for the missing order, Aishu was extremely helpful to me and she was sincerely apologizing on behalf of her team numerous time. The best thing was the fact that when I left the store, she came out running to get me and said: "Sir, just in case if something happens and you need your receipt, here it is".
