i arrived and it was so nostalgic, BUT the waiter said each person have to have their own soup bowl- and we just wanted 1 bowl but they say we have to have a bowl each, and i was kinda bummed because i dont understand the logic- but when the stuff came, i realized that the portion was smaller but the prices were a bit steep. We went yesterday night and it was drizzling and it was so enjoyable sitting outside!! as the saying goes, eating hotpot when its raining is the best! i think they are understaffed or its the fact that its hard to call the waiter if u needed anything, maybe cuz we sat outside... my brother's seat however couldnt start the heater thing, he tried the other side but also no luck. overall i would rate it a 3star but im kind of biased so ill give it a 4 lol

I ordered a seafood steamboat platter with pumpkin soup, whilst my friend ordered the same seafood platter with creamy soup. The pumpkin soup was pretty ok for me, but his creamy soup was totally tasteless. It was akin to having plain water. We wondered how a creamy soup could get so wrong?
We told one of the staffs and he just walked away without even acknowledging our feedback. We were a little taken aback by his behaviour, but thought maybe it was just a random, isolated case.
We saw the manager, a young Chinese guy in grey t-shirt and told him our issue. He just said "Orr" and walked off.
We were totally shocked. They didn't offer to change out my friend's soup, they didn't asked if there's anything else they can do, and they didn't even bother to do any service recovery despite our negative experience.
We didn't create a big fuss and didn't ask for a refund, but this will definitely be the first and last time we will ever patronise this...

We had a chicken skewer option n after Bbq-ed ourself & cooked, only did the waiter had the guts to come over to tell me: âNo, this is not the way to bbq it. U should put the fried garlic oil (he asked me âwhere is it?â) & put this condiments : point to 3 shakers without any label (which there are chili flakes, salt & pepper I think) and then I asked him âisnât the skewer chicken already marinated?â And he answered yes. And I SAY âYEAH THEN IT SHOULD BE OK BCOS MY SON DOESNâT LIKE TOO SALTYâ.
