APATHETIC WAITSTAFF, POOR SERVICE

Will preface this by saying that the food is always good here. However, we have experienced poor service twice in a row now at this location.

The first instance had a pile of dirty dishes from a previous service left on our table. The pile was left there during the entire duration of our meal and was only removed after we pointed it out to the waitstaff, who responded with an 'Oh'.

The second instance occured today when we went to order takeaway during lunch hour. The restaurant was nearly empty with only one table occupied at the time. After informing that we would wait just outside the restaurant, our food was prepared and left to get cold at the counter. We waited around 25 minutes from ordering. We re-entered the restaurant to see the staff chitchatting and they gestured to us to collect our food. Imagine if we had waited longer...

Business must...

I ordered Tom yum fried rice with no egg. I asked the girl to make sure no egg, but it came with egg, then to remake, took more time as they had to serve other tables. Not professional.

I asked if there’s any vege inside, she said for plenty but not true. I asked if can put chilli padi and fry together my rice, they say cannot. Everything also cannot, but pay rm26 for rice and few cabbage.

Whole time I’m eating the waiters are talking across the restaurant about their life stories. Can’t you keep your conversation to after your shift, or behind the pillar??

This is one of those restaurants where you pay a lot of food, and get poor service and mediocre food. You are actually paying...

Celebrated Father’s Day here. As our group was big & the kind owner allocated us a private room. Which can accom 10pax Not only that, we were given a dedicated floor staff to serve us.

Enjoyed every dish served & they look so real such as squid dish, char siu, pork ribs, mantas with “dried pork meat”, pineapple rice as well as the tofu which is homemade, taste & texture to my liking. Service was fast. Floor staff are polite, responsive & pleasant. Well trained staff who reacted fast with great sense of understanding despite they are foreign labour.

Pleasant dining environment & affordable food. Extensive food selection in the menu.
