We started our meal with the classic Loaded Potato Skins and the Spinach & Artichoke Dip. The potato skins were perfectly crispy, topped with a generous amount of melted cheese, smoky bacon bits, and a dollop of sour cream. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors. The Spinach & Artichoke Dip was creamy and indulgent, served with warm, crisp tortilla chips that were perfect for scooping up every last bit of the rich dip.

Main Course: Hearty and Satisfying

For the main course, we opted for the Jack Daniel’s® Ribs and the Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, glazed with a sweet and tangy Jack Daniel’s sauce that added a delightful kick. Accompanied by seasoned fries and coleslaw, the dish was a true feast for the senses. The Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta, on the other hand, offered a taste of the South with its spicy, creamy sauce, succulent shrimp, and tender chicken. The dish was well-balanced, with just the right amount of heat to keep things interesting.

Dessert: A Sweet Conclusion

To end our meal on a high note, we couldn’t resist the Brownie Obsession. This decadent dessert featured a warm, fudgy brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, drizzled with chocolate and caramel sauce, and sprinkled with pecans. It was the perfect indulgence, offering a delightful contrast between the warm brownie and the cold, creamy ice cream.

The service at TGI Friday’s was exemplary. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and ensured that our dining experience was pleasant from start to finish. The food arrived promptly, and the staff frequently checked in to make sure everything was to our liking.

This was our second visit and our last.

Menu was expensive At least 35% more expensive than Chilli's while Chilli's & Tony always give us 200% better service.

Tired looking interior Never been renovated probably since G.W.Bush took office.

FOOD were unworthy Staff related. They didnt even bother to ask how should we prefer our patty / steak and the damn thing came a bit dry.  It's a bit stressing that we forgot to highlight that into our order ourselves but shouldnt this a common thing to ask by the wait staff ?

STAFF WERE AWFUL .

1- no reservation made & asked to come 45 minutes later although the place was half emptying from the dinner crowd. 2 - Came back only to be waited at the door almost 5 minutes because nobody 'saw' us.Started to get a hint & think maybe because we were family with small kids so they basically DGAF n denying svc. 3- were lead to our booth and made us wait for another 15 minutes with no staff seeking our order ..we were seated there like bums and call for svc went ignored because everybody were basically avoiding eye contacts. Only one staff were working hard dealing with customers while others were bz doing dont know what at 2 other cashier machine.one other staff were too busy bussing table for no new customers in sight. To think the restaurant only were operating like below 1/3 capacity and yet so undermanaged with...

Felt nostalgic when trying TGI Fridays. Used to visit it often at the One Utama branch. It has been years not dining at TGI Fridays. But this branch is ain't that bad either. I ordered the Friday's Signature Glazed Salmon. It comes with a side of mash potatoes and roasted vegetables which in my opinion, arguably the best side. You can't go wrong with mashed potatoes. Salmon was succulent and the signature glaze was good. As a salmon lover, this is amazing. There's also the Chicken Fried Chicken which is a relatively new dish incorporated into the menu which is served country gravy, mash potatoes and grilled corn cobs. I didn't tried it, my acquaintance did, honestly, I'm yet to find anything spectacular which chicken. I guess it's done well. Since she mentioned is good. Usually I go for the Crispy Lemon Shrimp Pasta and Loaded Potato. But it's a nice change. I had a look at their cocktail list which is intriguing. But not sure how it will fare with Dave's Bistro Bar & Grill's cocktails. In terms of atmosphere and vibe, glad to see it's relatively pack. The prices as usual is on the high side. Heard rumours that this outlet is closing, but seeing the crowd and support. I hope not. Plus, crowd's on a weekday is very positive. Coincidentally, it's my birthday as well.
