Waited long queue to buy 2 pcs of prawn pastry (not sure what's the correct name). Came to tge turn of the old man in front of me, he requested to cut the 'ham chim peng' into half and repeated twice, the owner got irritated and told him off rudely that he's said it 3 times so no need to repeat as she's heard him. I was a bit taken aback at her attitude. Then came my turn, I asked for chili sauce which pairs very well with the prawn pastry, she replied me that there's already pcs of chili fried in that pastry so they don't give chili sauce. I grew up eating this with chili sauce as you can taste the oil without it! She's the type that says it on her face '"My business is good so take it or leave it, I can survive very well without your business". So I'm not going back there anymore, I'll rather get it from the banana fritters stall at the next road. Bad customer service & attitude...

One of the proper shops (not hawker stall) selling deep fried stuff and tong sui. I tried this place a few times over the years, but still not my liking. Its very commercial and normal only. But still you see people lining up on weekends only cause no one else is selling the fried cakes like Yau Char Kueh and so on.
They also sell fried mee hoon, mee and so on. But there's no dine-in here, so...
