Really bad airport in terms of facilities

I have flown in and out several times

If you are flying internationally there are no food options, as you sit you can smell McDonald's and burger king downstairs in domestic departures but you cannot access it! This is really bad design...... I was planning to eat in the airport before flying (arriving at airport at 10.30 am)but couldn't, this meant I had no food till 8pm once I arrived at my hotel in my destination!

Please do better

The time before there was no toilet paper in any bathroom in the entire departure lounge...... My flight was delayed 5h so this quickly became a very unpleasant issue. Also the toilets were filthy (I tried every different set, all disgusting)

However check in and security staff are really friendly and professional, the problems are with the airport management, you need to improve food options for international departures and employ cleaning staff and provided them with...

We were here at 10am+ on a Wednesday. Ordered through the McDonald's app and food was delivered fairly quickly. This McDonald's is located between gates A3 and A4.

We ordered a Sausage McMuffin with Egg set that includes Hash Brown and a small hot Americano. RM13.16 before tax. We also ordered a Filet-o-Fish set that includes a medium French Fries and a medium 100 Plus with no ice. RM15.33 before tax.

The taste is OK, though the hash brown has a bit of the apple pie crust taste, not sure why. I took the Filet-o-Fish with me on to the flight, so at the point of writing this review I do not know how it tastes like.

Prices are about 20% more expensive than McDonald's that are not located in the airport. I am not sure why airport outlets must charge a premium for everything but it is what it is. We have a choice to eat or not to eat...

07.11.2024 @ 10pm...I ask extra anchovies for nasi lemak...the manager told me there is no free extra anchovies, for extra anchovies need to pay extra... the female manager so rude and humiliated me infront of other customers... the services so terrible and unacceptable...no respect to customer... I pay nasi lemak for RM 17.80, with small chicken part, little portion uncooked rice, no peanut, little anchovies,no cucumber (this not nasi lemak, they scammed customer)... this disgusting and so worrying, what if this happen to our tourists or visitors...so shameful...I ask all customers to boycott this branch... the owner should investigated this matter as soon as possible.... the attitude of that female manager so cocky and...
