Train your staff to deliver better customer service. Asked the cashier about the menu (which drink doesnt have milk - my mom doesnt drink milk). Thought it is faster to ask than scrutinizing the menu by myself, but he seemed not getting my question and just said everything has milk in it (btw there are 2 drinks under tea series have no milk!). You cannot expect customers to just learn the menu at home, come to your door and simply order. Kerja ktk tek minak ketak ketek machine kakya udah. No, bro!

Very disappointing.

I have previously been here a few times for waffles and ice cream, and was always satisfied.

After the recent renovation, waffles and ice cream is no longer on the menu as a stand alone item, they have combined it with pudding, crushed biscuits and boba pearls. The price is increased from the previous waffles price and the portion size of the waffles and ice cream has reduced.

I do not want the added items, so I guess I will now need to search for another shop for my waffles...

the only downside is they are frequently out of waffles, and they open late (even though it says it opens at 11am). it's incredibly frustrating but i keep coming back in hopes of getting their ice cream/waffles. i love this place, but these two factors really make me annoyed. please be more prepared and...
