McDonald's Petronas Miri DT — Restaurant in Sarawak

I love MCD Ice-cream especially the Chocolate Sundae. I had to queue just to get my favorite Sundae. Unfortunately after 10-15 min queue, the operator informed that the ice-cream machine was out of stock and there are no ice-cream served. I literally wasted 10-15 min of my precious time getting nothing from MCD. This upset me and I leave MCD without buying anything as my wish was to only get the Sundae.

I would like to suggest if MCD can put a monitor or information to the driver on the products status e.g. "Sundae chocolate is out of stock" beforehand to avoid this kind of scenario like what I have encountered. Hope MCD can improve and continue to make your customer to uphold your tagline "Im Lovin It".

Really disappointed with these McDonalds. The service is unfriendly, not in mood tone getting the orders(DRIVE THRU) oh hello? U should give the customer time to pick their orderS. Sedangkan order dekat counter pun perlu FIKIR dulu. Apa lagi kat mesin. Ordered the Happy Meals to get the Tiny Tan toys but when I checked the receipt, they choose “random toys”. When I asked for exchange, they said I have to mention it to them during the order itself. Who knows?? Because other place will definitely gave the Tiny Tan instead of “RANDOM”. Of course we go for something trending. Very Disappointed. Then, they didnt give me my ICE CHOCOLATE! This place is surely no more...

Theres not much to review on food quality and taste, a McDonald is a McDonald afterall. As for the premise, its standard McDonald but a tad bit small for the amount of people going there so do not be suprised if you encounter a long que in the counter and at the drive through. Also, if you want to dine in, the parking space is just not enough. And they cant really expand it because they are sharing with the Petronas Gas Station so you just have to bare with it. The temperature inside can be a bit cold to some especially when raining so I hope they can tone that down a bit. Overall i cant say much as it is...
