McDonald's Satok — Restaurant in Sarawak

i ordered double spicy chicken mcdeluxe but they gave me the wrong one. the SPICY CHICKEN MCDELUXE. i thought the cashier heard me wrong and i checked the receipt but it was exactly what i ordered . i paid extra for this just to realize that i got the wrong burger. they should have checked it before giving it to the cust bcs they cant expect us to reopen the paper bag and checked it there. and also i am hoping that your worker especially the cashiers to listen carefully and pay attention when the customers mentioned their orders. i often got my orders wrong(from all sorts like the sizes,quantity)and some workers are so rude by giving an unpleasant face expressions. sorry to mention this but i have been to many mcdonalds branch all over kuching and this one is giving me the worst...

Been here almost weekly. For the past half year. Gets your breakfast orders wrong 90% of the time. Way slower than other branches(not talking about the SOP restrictions). All the drinks have no carbonation. They don’t maintain the machines. Extremely watered down milo every time and sometimes coffee/tea. And all these issues don’t seem to happen at any other branch.

A very bad experienced and we are really not happy with McD Jln Satok services, 7.00am breakfast within 2 days in a row facing the same issues : We are seems to be not welcomed, no greeting or smiling faces at all Ordering Kiosk not yet opened, order at the counter No coffee at all, due to machine broke down Is this Milo ? Tasteless Bubur not yet ready ? It is suppose to be a 24 hours retail ?

I think enough is enough, we should go to other choice of breakfast rather than wasting our time...
