I don't really know why this CHAGEE only got a rating of 2.5 stars but to be honest, my experience here was superb! The cashier was extremely nice and hospitable, she does suggest a few drinks (Do note that this was my first ever visit to any CHAGEE branch) and eventually I went for the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea (Less sugar) and it tasted so nice and balanced. However, the only downside is the waiting time, I had to wait around 30 mins to finally get my order as there were tons of other people waiting for their orders. But I don't really mind waiting for my order. So far, an ultimately best experience for me as a first timer!

He looked at me like I'm some kind of criminal and reluctantly suggested whatever in the menu. No customer behind me but he wanted me to rush my order while giving me judgemental side eye . eventually I decided to have white peach oolong milk tea. The tea tasted good but the attitude towards customer is bad.

I am currently sitting enjoying my cup of tea from Chagee. Let's talk about the service. The Malay lady that took order seemed like Chagee owed her salary for months. While poor command in English was already an issue to begin with, the fact that she gave the feeling that she would rather die than spend another minute working here is a major turn off.

The drink. While it is supposed to be a place to flavoured tea drinks, it is only logical not to expect sugar syrup drinks with the level of sweetness that ensure wasting at least half of cup of drink. It was rather disappointing upon the first sip. Being first time customer at here, I wasn't and still am not aware if I had the options of choosing my sweetness level, and obviously nor did the server bother to inform anything about it.

Considering there are plenty of other options here in The Spring, I personally would be happy not to be a returning...

Drink is good. Recommended. However service needs improvement. I ordered my drink with the guy standing at the cashier. When his other staff finished ordering and paid for his drinks, he just left without saying anything. Mind you, I've stood there for quite awhile scanning the menu and then I told him my order. He just left. Then they laughed off with the other staff. In which I assumed their shifts just ended. Then another female staff came and took my order (thank you).

Lucky you, I'm on my off day and is in a good mood. Otherwise, I would've also made a fuss on how rude this guy is. I too work in which I have to deal with patients. Nak balik kerja pun tetap layan. Please be more professional. Your behaviour is very disappointing for a...
