SUUKEE The Original Hainanese Chicken Rice @ Jalan Song — Restaurant in Sarawak

I'd say 3 and half star hainanese chicken rice. Those that love the chicken deboned this will be great as the chicken I ordered has been deboned. The portion are reasonable for the price they charge.

Tried the "Charcoal toast" and it's tasty. Generous amount of 'Kaya' and slices of butter can be seen. As you sink the teeth into the crisp outer and soft inner later bread the sweet from the Kaya mixed with the slight hint of saltiness from the butter it's just heavenly. Goes pretty well with the 'Kopi' and you get a satisfying combo back in the good old hainanese style.

Talking about good old days, the coffee shop is being designed that bring back the good old feel. This game like wooden chairs surrounding dark color wooden round table with white stone top with the classic style flooring and the mirror is being "fake" with stickers that mimicks steel grill thats being used pretty much everywhere in the good old days.

The hainanese chicken rice here taste very good!!! The rice was moist and it had the chicken essence soaked into it. Very authentic!! The steam chicken was very smooth and tender. Totally awesome!! Very satisfying meal. The restaurant deco was also good. It had the old skool feel. Nostalgic!! I also tasted the kaya and butter toast with kopi o. They were very generous with the kaya and butter.
