Went for dinner on a weekday. Sat at one of the outdoor tables (next to plants). Had an unpleasant experience. There were 2 bird poo stains (refer photo) on the benches of our table, which we narrowly missed. There was also a stain on the side of the plastic table cloth that looked like a dried up vomit stain 🤢 We ordered drinks & 3 food items. The drinks arrived shortly after our order. But the first dish only arrived after 20+ minutes. After we finished off the first dish, 2nd & 3rd dishes still hadn't arrived. So we waited. Until we got fed up & decided to pay & cancel the undelivered dishes. When we went to the cashier, they still needed to confirm with kitchen that the 2 dishes were not served to us (didn't anyone from the service crew track our order in the first place?!) So we waited some more. When cashier finally confirmed with kitchen, guess what - kitchen forgot to prepare our other 2 dishes 🤦🏻‍♀️ No apology at all! I noticed the table in front of us also waiting quite long for their food & enquiring about it with a waiter. Imo, this is not a place for family dinners. It's more for the drinking crowd, hence why drinks come fast & food comes slow. Unhygienic environment too 👎🏻

I really like the cosy atmosphere once I'm inside this place. I was amazed with the interior settings, with corners displaying neatly arranged bottles - somehow feeling the 'oversea' vibes here.😂 These are the food we ordered tonight. - CHEESE PLATTER (Comes with 4 types of cheese : blue cheese, cheddar, either brie /camembert and one more🤷. Neatly arranged, comes with 4 mini dip - Basil,( didn't taste a bit like it, maybe there's error in packaging, Babaganoush - a Lebanon appetiser, Marmalade and Hummus was the best👍. - RAVIOLI & CRAB ⭐⭐⭐/5 - ZOZO CAESAR Salad ⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 SAUSAGE PLATTER ⭐⭐⭐/5 The best findings - LAMB SHANK Highly Recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 Tender, well seasoned, flavorful, perfectly done. ❤️ This place is tidy, clean and well lit with indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. A good hangout place.

The wine decanter has chipped off. Lamb chop marination is a bit salty. Other than that, 1664 beer 10 set glasses for half pint is cheap. Great selections of wine and liquors. Will come back again because of friendly service albeit need improvement.

We visited the restaurant hoping to enjoy a pleasant dinner in a nice ambiance. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.

Upon being seated, there was no menu provided and no staff member approached us to assist with ordering. There was only one staff member at the counter who appeared preoccupied with the cashier and did not acknowledge our presence.

We had to get up ourselves just to request a menu, which was quite off-putting. Ultimately, we decided to leave. My husband did mention to the staff that the service was lacking, but the response was dismissive and no apology was offered.

The overall attitude came across as indifferent and ill-mannered. We dine out regularly at fine dining establishments across KL, and never once have we been made to feel so disregarded and insignificant. It was a truly disheartening experience that fell far below even the most basic expectations of...
