Xin Kwong Chin Sea Food — Restaurant in Sarawak

We had dinner at Xin Kwong Chin Seafood last night and thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Each family member shared a wonderful time together despite the heavy rain and thunder storm outside.

However, our experience was marred by the unfortunate loss of an umbrella that holds significant personal meaning to my sister. The umbrella was a special gift to her, it's a huge red umbrella. When we informed the staff, we were met with a lack of sympathy and assistance. Instead of helping us search, they repeatedly insisted that the umbrella couldn't have been taken.

We also hope that if the diner who took the umbrella returns it, the restaurant can contact me to collect it.

My first time dining at this restaurant. I won't come again because the service is too slow. It took 2 hours to serve 6 dishes even though we already ordered the food when we booked the table earlier. When we arrived at 7pm we requested to be served since we already ordered at 2pm. The 1st dish came only at 8pm. The last dish at 9pm. What's the point of placing the orders earlier? Food is still served late. No 2nd time. I won't recommend...
