Natol Homestay - Paris BDC — Hotel in Borneo

It is not a homestay. just a rabbit warren.There is absolutely no management staff, just someone to check you in and out and charging you fine of at least $100 for non existing management. It was an empty house in a residential suburb with many rooms and not for the faint hearted solo travellers.You manage your own safety in the premises, no occupational health safety, no staff to offer services , advise and help on premises, In case of emergency you have to wait at least an hours for help to arrive. its operated by money making policy, no human relationship values. water is rusty, no tv reception, wifi,the worst hotel i ever stay.not recommended to travellers. Basically, you pay them to help them mind the place , you handle the gate and entrance key, security none. So watch out you might cope a fine if they lost their propertieson the premises. I was fine for their responsibility they did not offer to fulfiled. everything i mention above. this property management lack skill and human relationship and warmth and values with their guests. The management not owning to their fault when approached. No customer satisfaction policy..

i checked in beleiving its a managed accomodation but none, having found out that i will be left alone to fend for myself, i decided to change room to a more safer room upstair with a balcony with no view(mis advertised with view)so at least i have a fire escape, giving up a more expensive dungeon to a cheaper share bathroom room. they gave me their key card,that everyone can open the front door and a gate key and in the garage housed a rentable car. so basically i was given the responsiblity liable for all of their properties.. I misplaced the card and they withheld $100 of my deposit. My point is If you have a staff managing the place, i wont have to be responsible for the upkeep of the key card like all hotels do in the entire world..The other point, is there was absolutely no one and incase of emergency , i will have no help and as a foreign guest if there is an emergency. and any local guest wont have a feast in ransacking their properties or stealing their car etc becasue there is no management and security except guest are made to hold responsible for the gate , security gate , entrance key. Their only argument is that its a master key card that i lost, but who in their right mind would give your guest a master key, if its used for that one purpose to check me in, well, do you think they would come back the next day to swap with a normal keycard for me and keep their own master key card..???but they did not do that and i was having the key all the 4 days of my trip. the fact that i did not sleep very well as I was worried of people breaking in and there is no security downstairs.This is not...

the place to live is comfortable and not noisy and the bed is comfortable even if the bed is hard so there is no problem for me. so maybe I will come again another day to...
