I was desperate getting a cake for my mum’s bday at a very last minute decision as my mum is very picky with cakes.

Spent at least 30mins searching on google hoping to get some miracle to source a decent yummy cake rather than wasting money to get one from those bakery franchise where u can get a ready stock cake easily and unsure how long it was made for.

Found this website after browsing thru several not so up to date or helpful websites. Gave it a go to order online but the sellers turned me down with the reasons of either no ingredients (durian) or too busy to make one for next day pick up.

At the edge of giving up and decided to go for the commercial bakery cakes, i tried to contact the help desk to intend to request my money back from their food credit. I received a call from them to offer helps if i still intend to order a cake from them. I narrowed down the selections and gave 3 options for them to contact the bakers in person to find out if this last minute order can be made. With their effort, i finally got to order one cake from the website.

Picked up the cake from the shop after received a text notification from them (delivery service can be provided with extra charge).

The cake was gone in less than 30mins. None of those who tried it dislike the cake.

Their outstanding excellent service by going extra miles on Sunday also during Chinese New Year to find individual baker who can bake a cake for me within 24hours really impressed me. Not to mention the amazing cake quality i received.

With their up to par quality expectations, I think i will stuck with this platform from now for more surprise delicious homemade desserts. 🙂🙂

Was looking for a cake shop offering delivery in the city.

As this is my first time placing a cake order for someone, and also via a website, it was a relief that the interface of the website is user-friendly, and the process from browsing, to selecting the cake, and making payment during checkout was straightforward. This was especially a lifesaver for me, as I was making the order from overseas.

After the order was placed, they reached out to me acknowledging the order, and also provided consistent updates up to the point of delivery. Great customer service overall, not just during the initial stages of the purchase, but also in the after-sales service.
