Dear Dominoās Management,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at one of your retail outlets. During my visit, I was spoken to in a very rude and disrespectful manner by one of your staff members.
Unfortunately, I was unable to identify the individual involved, as none of the employees were wearing name tags. Has Dominoās changed its policy regarding employee identification? The absence of name tags raises concerns about accountability.
I had simply asked a question regarding the billing, and to my surprise, the staff member responded with foul and inappropriate language. My inquiry was polite and did not include any offensive or racially charged remarks. Despite the employeeās hostility, I remained calm and composed. In fact, I was the one who had to de-escalate the situation in order to continue the conversation. Am I the employee here?
This is not the first time I have encountered unprofessional behaviour at this particular store. I am genuinely disappointed that such conduct appears to be recurring.
I urge you to take this matter seriously and ensure that your staff are trained to treat customers with the respect and professionalism expected in a customer-facing role. I trust that appropriate action will be taken to address this issue and improve the overall...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe service was really disappointing. We placed our order at 7 PM and only received the pizza at 11 PM ā and that was after we had to pay extra to hire our own runner to pick it up, because Dominoās didnāt deliver it as promised.
We called multiple times but got no answer. When we finally managed to speak to the receptionist, they suddenly said many items were out of stock ā but no one informed us at all, even though I provided my contact number.
We waited for hours because the pizza was meant for a special occasion, but in the end, it was really disappointing. To make things worse, they even changed our order without permission ā we received thin crust pizza when we never chose that option.
This is honestly my worst experience with Dominoās so far. I really hope Dominoās Sri Gombak improves their service. Iāve read other Google reviews and clearly, many other customers are facing the same issue.
