Well-organised, moderate tidiness and airy hawkers type restaurant. This restaurant has 2 lots where the right lot is air-conditioned.

Mix rice taste is quite good with affordable price. Drinks here like ice coffee is great choice with thick(not over-roasted) coffee but no trace of bitterness at RM3.20 which is reasonable. With over 10 food stalls here it's not hard to get your favourite meal.

Had a late lunch today with only nasi lemak option left. Tasted it and the taste is just so-so. The curry chicken lacks flavour and the fried herrings lack crunchiness. On top of that it doesn't come cheap(RM12).

Ordered a roasted duck rice another day but the uncle forget my order and kept me waited for a long period. He apologised and despite I ordered a drumstick, he has to change to thigh due to no more availability. The portion is not generous with the duck ass included as a part of the serving. He discounted RM0.50 as a compromise but that doesn't impressed me.

Summary: Must try:

  1. Fried chicken rice- the fried chicken is fragrant, crispy outside, juicy and tender inside- Superb. Roast pork is also above average
  2. Prawn mee- thick soup, tender pork slices
  3. Curry mee

Average:

  1. Char Koey Teow- Long queue, tastes average, a bit oily and burnt taste.
  2. Roti gandum- crispy outside, tender inside, good portion of butter, but lacks kaya.
  3. nasi lemak
  4. mix rice- affordable price, nice chili sauce

The are varieties of traditional biscuits sold near the counter. Some are exotic while others not, but it serves as a good option to bring something home for family or friends.

A great place for quick lunch at affordable price. If the toilet can be tidier and cleaner it will certainly be...

Arrived at 7am, plenty of parking and seats. Newly renovated shop, very clean and well ventilated, with air conditioning, expanding two shop lots. Get a table, order your drinks at the counter and report your table number. There’s plenty cookies and pastries at the counter for sale. Teh RM 2.2, Cham 2.7, Kopi C 2.2. Kopi C was smooth but slightly bitter-overpowering. Char Kway Teow arrived fast and hot. Full of wok hei and a beautiful fried egg on top. Quite decent, not too oily, RM 10. Pork noodles were nice. Spicy piping hot black pepper soup paired with the fresh coriander on the side was great. The pork does not have any weird porky taste, according to the auntie, it was freshly bought daily, hence maintaining the quality. The pork stomach was cleaned well and nicely cooked too. For RM13 a small bowl, plenty of meats, the noodle portion was huge! Soup is very addicting and not overly salty. Definitely worth the price, leave with a warm...

The restaurant is cosy and spacious. Their ice yin yong & coffee are nice. However, the fish head noodles store is totally not recommended. One of the worst that I have tried. The garoupa fish head is not fresh, very fishy smell that affects the soup. It costs RM19 per bowl (promo price @ RM15). Not worth the price at all! Better to opt for other noodles store instead! Another point to note, due to public holiday the restaurant was crowded & it's expected the waiting time to be longer than usual. However, the fish head noodles store didn't manage the expectation on the delivery lead time and proceed to take on more. Ended up have to wait for more than 30 mins. Unlike the friendly pork noodles store owner who pre-warn us that the waiting time will take about 20-30 mins due to the long order. At least we were given heads up and allow us can to...
