I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had during the morning shift on May 22, 2025. I came to buy a coffee and clearly asked for a hot coffee, but the staff member named Kira was not paying attention and gave me a cold one instead.

While making the drink, she was slamming the equipment and behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
