Had this craving since I watched tannertan's tiktok. I had butternut pumpkin donut & iced caramel latte. Both were fine although my father said the donut tasted stale as if the flour was old. Helpful, friendly staff. I went at 7:30pm and no queue.

I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had during the morning shift on May 22, 2025. I came to buy a coffee and clearly asked for a hot coffee, but the staff member named Kira was not paying attention and gave me a cold one instead.

While making the drink, she was slamming the equipment and behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

This kind of service is very disappointing and not what I expect from your establishment. I hope appropriate action will be taken to prevent this from...
