OldTown White Coffee @KLIA T2 Gate L — Restaurant in Sepang

Came for breakfast before my flight. Ordered at the kiosk. Unfortunately the kiosk shows that Kaya Butter Toast is sold out. Then all of a sudden, after my order was placed, another customer placed an order at the counter for Kaya Butter Toast. So after that I ask the counter I would like to add order. And I asked for Kaya butter toast. The staff only mention they don’t have that item. They should have at least gave a proper communication to customers. When asked about why the customer that came after me got the item instead of me getting it they first said that the customer who got it was a staff. And then proceeded to saying you have to order at the counter to get that. And it’s last piece. Now they are telling lies to customers as well? What a service. If I didn’t check with the customer, I wouldn’t know they aren’t the staff. Communication from the staff needs...

Terrible service and dishonest staff! I wanted to order Kaya Butter Toast but was told it was sold out. So I picked something else instead. Then the customer right after me got the exact toast I wanted!

When I asked again, the staff kept changing their story and even lied, saying it was “Peanut Butter Toast.” Do they think customers are blind?

What upsets me most is not the unavailability of the item, but the dishonesty and poor attitude from the staff.As a paying customer, I deserve honesty and basic respect. This kind of service is unacceptable and highly disappointing.It’s not about the toast — it’s about being lied to and disrespected.

Plus ,There was only one table before us, yet we waited over 20 minutes for our food — just a simple order of wonton noodles, an egg toast, and a coffee.

OldTown White Coffee in KLIA was so enjoyable. The employees were quite nice and quick to serve us which is really useful if you're about to board a flight. The white coffee was fantastic,so smooth and fragrant, just how I prefer it. I also sampled the nasi lemak; to be honest, it was quite good and just right. A wonderful small place to relax before boarding, the actual location was tidy and comfortable. Should you want some airport local cuisine, I would absolutely advise trying...
