This Starbucks outlet offers a spacious environment with a great ambiance and plenty of natural sunlight. There are several sockets available, making it a suitable spot for working. I visited on a weekday after lunch and stayed until just before dinner. The place was moderately busy but still comfortable. Additionally, I noticed two EV chargers right in front of the entrance, which is a convenient feature for EV owners. The outlet also has a drive-thru, and there are plenty of free parking spaces available. You can choose to park in the basement and walk up, as there’s a staircase that leads directly to the Starbuck’s entrance.
However, the restroom situation is a downside. There is only one toilet for able-bodied individuals and another designated for OKU. While I'm unsure about the OKU toilet, the able-bodied one is poorly maintained. There was no tissue paper, the hand soap was nearly empty, and the faucet handle was broken (though it still worked by turning the gear).
Overall, it’s a nice place to relax or work, but improvements in restroom...
Read moreVery bad service provided by this specific outlet. The outlet here does not consider as busy as other outlet but the service is extremely bad. I have ordered a Java Chip in a size Venti and also a Chic O Cheese. After waiting for several minutes, the drink is out but the food is not ready, so I kept waiting, but it doesn’t make sense, so I went to the counter and ask, all the staff did not take any action on my order even after I told them my food is not ready, they totally ignore my request, replied me ok and they kept busy with their own things, didn’t even border to resolve my issue. If they are really that busy, please at least let us know, or keep us acknowledge on when is our food going to be served, instead of us waiting infront of the counter. Please kept your staff well trained enough before serving...
Read moreThe ambiance is good, the space is also very spacious and ideal for anyone who wants to study/do their work.
That aside, my purpose here is to commend one particular staff. His name is Danial. He understood that my son is special needs and made us feel welcome. My son has this routine that he must enter this particular Starbucks and run around(don’t worry he’s always under my supervision and I do order drinks so as not to take advantage of the fact that my son is always running around ) and i feel really bad about it.
Edit: Nasri, Bella & Tasya was kind and helpful too! Them too understand that my son is different. Thank you for all the trouble guys.
Thank you Danial, Nasri,...
