We are regular customers here, and we always enjoy the delicious food, especially the Petai Fried Rice and various noodle dishes. The Kopi O Ice is rich and thick—just the way a good kopitiam coffee should be!
The staff are friendly and attentive, taking our orders carefully by repeating them, which we appreciate. We also prefer the traditional ordering system over QR codes, as it allows for better human interaction.
The indoor seating is cosy, but the air conditioning could be stronger, especially when the place is crowded. On the other hand, the outdoor seating can be quite hot—installing fans would make a huge difference given Malaysia’s weather.
We also noticed that the staff use hot boiled water to sanitize the cutlery, which is a great practice.
A small downside is the toilet cleanliness, which is consistently below average. We hope this can be improved. Also, the beverage selection is quite limited—it would be great to see more drink options, especially for regular customers like us.
We also noticed that the menu was recently updated. While the new design looks great, some noodle dishes are missing, which is a bit disappointing. Hopefully, they can bring them back!
Overall, we always have a pleasant dining experience here! A great place for good food and a welcoming atmosphere. Just a few improvements could make it...
Read moreHad iftar at Padi House Conezion with friends yesterday. We booked a table for four in the afternoon/evening and had to order and pay in advance to secure our spot since other restaurants nearby were already fully booked.
The restaurant had a nice ambiance with good decor, and parking was easy (though paid). However, we did experience some issues with our order. We ordered two ice-filtered waters but only received one without ice. After requesting multiple times, the ice only arrived after I had finished eating. Additionally, my friend ordered pasta aglio olio with chicken breast but received salmon instead.
The food itself was decent but a bit mild—could be improved to give more of a “wow” factor. It was still enjoyable, though. The restaurant seemed quite busy, possibly due to a near full house with walk-in customers, and I noticed that there might not have been enough staff to handle the crowd efficiently.
Overall, a nice place with potential, but a little more attention to order accuracy and service speed would make the experience...
Read moreFirst of all the ambient and environment very peaceful and family vibe-ish. Definitely will come here again with the kids since there are kids meal for them to enjoy.
Order four (4) type of foods:- Set promo coffee with toast bread kaya and butter (the coffee is great, the toast nothing special) Fried chicken (suprisingly well cooked and coated thinly that i like very much) Singaporean fried mee hoon (i also like it) Fried hor fun beef (basically look and taste like kuey teow, the beef is tender to perfection).
Please do and make a consistent foods, very much appreciated from the restaurant if after this i come. The food will taste the will more or less the same.
By the way, this is my personal opinion and preference based on what i eat and feel at the time. Eventhough, what i review is nor reflex the true extend of the food and business at that time since i just order some type of food only in that...
