I usually order 4( 3 shots) espresso for take away but the weight of each espresso is inconsistent. Sometimes they only give 2 shots instead of 3 shots. It's a little frustrating because it's take away and I find out at home then I have to request refund for such minor mistakes. Coffee is actually very good not like the burnt to ash coffee of Starbucks. I prefer Zus for its quality, the occasional mistakes doesn't bother to the point of not revisiting. I hope they can get consistent with the amount of coffee in the espresso, e.g. 80g, 100g, 120g, lowest I've gotten was 67g. Also the concentration of coffee is inconsistent. How can I tell? I pour the same amount of milk(125g) but sometimes it's darker other times it's very light, therefore espresso content of 40g isn't the same for each of my orders. This is just a feedback.
