Stumbled upon this eatery joint while running an errand nearby recently and the cleanliness of the shop attracts me to try it out. Overall food taste was good - chee cheong fun with sauce (love that old school taste), nasi lemak biasa (the dried shrimp sambal is to die for), and both the hailam coffee and cham c are really rich in taste and flavour.
Plus point for the owner and staff of this shop - they offered my toddler a baby high chair and ensure that they sanitise, wet and dry wiped before allowing my toddler to sit on it. When the food arrives, the owner uncle asked if i need cutleries set for my toddler and so i nodded. The cutleries set came with a warm touch, and I was told they rinsed it with hot water and dry wiped, so it is safe for my toddler, how thoughtful!
Besides the good food, great service, comes cleanliness and nice view too! The uncle will take advantage of lil' free time in between of busy crowd to do some quick cleaning, clearing rubbish on the floor or sanitise n wipe the tables. Plus, we get to enjoy cooling weather with a nice view at the verandah!
I'll patronise this shop more often, for sure! I hope that God bless your kind heart in...
Read moreI found a non-halal kopitiam in Conezion, Putrajaya. The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly, and the food was good. Their QR menu had more pictures compared to the physical menu, so if you’re not too familiar with the dishes, scanning the QR would be a better option.
I ordered the dry wantan noodles, which came with a bowl of soup and five wantans. The portion was just right for me, and the noodles had a great texture; not too hard, not too soggy. It was a decent meal, and would love to try more dishes from their menu next time.
Update: I tried their curry laksa with fried wantons. The portion was generous, it came with 3 taufus, 3 wantons, long beans and sambal. I asked for no beansprout and no pork skin in my dish. The broth was creamy, thick and spicy. It tastes...
Read moreI took a 19 minute drive here from Marina on a hunt for a proper kaya butter toast + half boiled eggs breakfast and it was all worth it!
They use real butter and the half boiled eggs were done to perfection (was 'round shaped' and yolk was thick and runny). The kopi c ice kurang manis has a good balance and a really nice silky crema.
The energy from the staffs was immediately welcoming (it's my first time here). The cashier was helpful and sorted my individual orders into a set. Service was fast and ambience was nice, clean, and temperature was pleasant.
The Portuguese tart looked super tempting but it's too early for sweet things, so maybe next time! Whatever you're doing with the staffs, you seem to be doing it right as...
