Was with group of friends visiting last Sunday. The crowd was ok, just one of the top attraction HIGH ROPES, have to queue a bit because it goes group by groups (around 10-14 pp max, u will mix with other ppl but you still proceed with your gang members. Reviewing the attraction base by from ground to high height Trampoline: 3/5 (quarter of the field is under maintenance) Ninja Warrior Course: 3.5/5 (the difficulty for this course is quite high, especially it consume you 3 times of the stamina than High Rope) Maze: 4/5 (even my size 107kg, I can fit to complete the course no worries, but if you above 120kg++ above pls beaware not playing the maze) Power Station: (we didn't manage to play this even thou we spend 6hours here) Tubby Ride: 4/5 (I recommend you go few times for this, when you sliding down, your body will get different experience depends on where you facing when sliding) Roller Glider: 5/5 by my friends (I can't ride bcz over weight hahaha, they say is fast, but if you weight very light becareful you will get shake like a key chain left right at corners ahahhaha) Free Fall: 5/5 (hey, you let me correct you something, is you jump down yourself for free, not they push you or there's something drops u down, YES you jump down the freaking top yourself HEHE) High Rope: 5/5 (not recommended for those scare of heights, bcz the first element was already not easy and shaky but you get to do easy and the next few. When you reach Tires element that's where start difficult all the way till end you only get a break at the barrels and the trailer car. I found out last one is easy, it look scary, once you catch the idea how to move your legs and hands even thou you're fat, is easy) Extra info: 1. Ticket is one time payment, after that you can in and out 2. Inside got vending machine if you thirsty (rm3-5) 3. Gloves and anti slip socks is given free when making ticket payment/finish registration 4. There's wash room inside and is clean 5. To play EVERYthing, pls come before 12pm 6. Except trampoline and maze, other activities close around 6pm, the mentioned two activities until 8pm Arcade and farm city is open till mall hours. The reason I said not recommended is bcz, sometimes pls don't push ppl too hard to conquer/overcome fear. Does not work that way so easy, you might in the end put your friend to more deeper fear or life in danger. Seek help from Dr, sometimes something not meant to be have or can be done, don't force it. Thanks

went there on a saturday. surprisingly it was not as crowded as i thought. very much recommend going there early to get a head start in some of the courses. you'll get a pair of complimentary gloves and socks that are compulsory to wear. lockers are also available but need to pay around rm10 for a small locker. i recommend just using the small locker for 3 person since it already have enough space. toilets are also available in the area. wear comfortable sportswear since you'll be doing lots of activities that require you to move freely. t shirts and tracksuits are very much suitable. baju muslimah i don't recommend much because you'll be required to put on harnesses in some games so wearing a busana muslimah can make it difficult for you to move. staffs and crews were super helpful and comforting. even if you're scared, they'll comfort you and make sure that you'll be okay 😂 i recommend going to the trampolines, maze, roller glider and tubby ride first. and then finish off with the high ropes, power station and ninja course. the latter ones require a lot of energy so be sure to reserve as much energy as you can to finish everything. some games have weight/height requirements so do check beforehand. most games need you to empty your pockets. there are vending machines available in the area but you'll need to pay rm3 for a mineral water. so bring one of your own if you must 😅 the games there are mainly those that challenge your braveness of height. so if you're scared of heights, i really don't recommend going there. also, exercises and stretches are recommended before going into the games because not exercising beforehand can make you have muscle cramps 😂

My kids visited District 21 in IOI City Mall for their class excursion and they had an amazing time. As a parent, I was thrilled to see them having so much fun and enjoying the various activities at this indoor adventure park. The park has a futuristic design and a wide range of adrenaline-fueled activities, including a high-ropes course, trampoline park, ninja warrior course, and a roller glider ride. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that my kids and their classmates had a fun and safe experience. However, I want to note that parents with younger children should be aware that kids shorter than 150cm will not be allowed to play some activities. While there are plenty of other activities for younger children, such as the trampoline park and virtual reality experience, it's important to keep this restriction in mind when planning your visit. My kids particularly enjoyed the roller glider, which takes you soaring through the air. They also had a great time at the virtual reality experience. Overall, I highly recommend District 21 for a fun day out with kids. It's an amazing place to challenge yourself physically and have some fun with friends and family. The park's indoor location makes it a great option for rainy days or when you're looking to beat the heat. Just remember to check the height restrictions before planning your visit.

people overhyped this place TOO much. if it's possible, i would 100% rate this zero stars but, i can't so, it deserve a one star. i do NOT recommend this place AT ALL. rm64 just for almost 50% of the games are under maintenance?? i can put that aside but, you might as well put a big sign outside; SHORT PEOPLE BELOW 150 ARE NOT ALLOWED. then, what's the point of us paying rm64 just to play two or three games? not to mention if you don't have any cash and NEED to rent out a locker, the locker only accept CASH. and what if we are cashless? "you do you."

the most unprofessional thing ever. even if most of the games/activities are 'fun' , there's just no way you must charge it for rm64 or even higher. if you're a professional company WITH common sense, rm64 or higher price won't be the final price. like, it's YOUR job to ensure every activities are running well AND to ensure every customer's money worth. you think rm64 is cheap? rm64 just for dumb games that if you're short you're unable to play with? come on, i expect A LOT than this.

people give District 21 too MANY hype and i will NEVER get the hype. so what if you're tall and still able to play? i haven't mention the rude staffs. sure every place have its imperfections but, come on, rm64 for this whack? rm64 just for the staffs to judge their customers? rm64 just for the staffs to laugh at the customers instead of helping them a lot faster? this place lack too much of its professionalism that i can't even make up. i wish it didn't get worst, except, it DID. not after all that, most of the stuffs are EXTREMELY unhygienic. the smell on their helmets will stuck on you for HOURS. the smell on their stuff are just, so bad that i just wished it was NOT real but it was.

i'm not making stuff up because it's stupid and it even more stupid for this place to be extremely overhyped for no reason, overpriced against its capability like, they could've at least TRIED to make the customers' money worth but, i must say, it DID NOT worth any cents AT ALL. you paid all that AND you'll have to pay more for the gloves and socks? you could've make the customers RENT for it because obviously, those gloves and socks are gonna be used once in their lifetime because ain't nobody gonna waste any more money just for this unprofessional experience. even if you would want to experience their climbing activities, i CAN assure you, you can find that experience SOMEWHERE ELSE, and it'll ensure THE worth of your money.

rm64 for all those climbing activities and some sliding that you HAVE to drag it back up by yourself??? nobody mentioned this AT ALL here, and i'm gonna be brutally honest because, what? i payed so much just for me to bring it back up like i'm supposed to work there? THOSE kind of things are supposed to be part of the staffs' job. most of the staff i've seen just sitting around like they own the place that only be there just for the money. if you're working, then, ACT like it. their staffs could be older than you yet, be as unprofessional as they've never been trained. so, if you ask me, does it worth my rm 64? no. it's never gonna be worth it. even if you're coming here WITH a child, i can guarantee, it's not gonna be worth it. this place being overhyped is insane. it's even MORE insane for this place to be blatantly empty even when it's full of activities but, most of it are under maintenance. please. i don't want a; "thank you for visiting us!" as a respond. i NEED an improvement,...

Overall had a good time however will not recommend people to go nor visit again unless changes are made:

  1. Hygiene: helmets stink so bad I nearly vomited. 5 mins in the helmet the smell lingered around me for 30 mins. If they are not going to clean or disinfect them, atleast replace them.

  2. Briefing: for free fall, I would expect to land on cushion or suspended mid-air therefore was not prepared to stand. Instead I landed on my foot and nearly sprained my ankle, fell back and my back still hurts now. When I brought up to the staff that they should warn ppl that they need to land on their feet n prepare to stand - she replied "haha, surprise~"

  3. Service and attitude: for power station we had to queue for 30 minutes to enter, just because of their procedure to let people in by group of 11 instead of allowing people to come and go freely. We were given 10 mins for rock climbing and any climbing activity, and 5 mins for the slide. 10 mins for rock climbing, seriously? Everyone ran like mad, rushing to climb. After 10 mins, no one is allowed to continue even when we can't go to the next station because we need to wait for our turn - not acceptable in my opinion to be chased around when we are paying customer. It's a very terrible experience.

  4. Staff attitude: so terrible I need to say it twice. Most staffs were helpful and friendly except for few that spoiled the whole lot. One well-built good looking young staff made fun of a boys aged 9-10 for not being able to complete the challenge. Chuckled, and rolled his eye. The worst role model and bully. Overall everyone looked relaxed and bored of their routine work. It was very unprofessional.

Price was reasonable after discount from using HSBC card was applied. They could have done it much better if they really focused on their customers experience. It was fun, but still...
