Good to see Setia Alam branch open. Tried many food since opened in early of May 2023 till now.

Tried Pan Mee during the first day n very good taste with crispy fried anchovies and pieces of fish cake. However days after visit, the food turn bad especially fried anchovies not crispy at all and turn hard till not nice to eat at all. Complained to the young Chinese Casher and she noticed and said will inform supplier. After one week, still the same, the girl said new batch yet come.

Today after 3 weeks. I tired again, no change at all. The same bad outcome from ingredients, and today the fish cake taste soft and not fresh. It's sad that this branch handled by inexperienced staff and all foreigner staff that no clue what to do.

Saw the Chinese Shop owner there during opening who actually the same ownner as Tappers cafe open nearby which my favorite cafe too.

Hope someone from this restaurant can heard my review. Else it won't...

Excellent piping hot fried chicken, far better than Kentucky’s offerings, at acceptable pricing. Large pieces of fried chicken paired with the classic mash and slaw a la KFC snack plate style. Their sweet chilli sauce was superb too, easily able to drown my chicken in it. The bun looked greasy at first but was unexpectedly tasty, would even consider it as the star of the sides. Only issue was the bun was too small (or maybe its just that good) and the food took like 25min to serve.

The customer service was great too, greeting with a smile and addressed my concern when my food was taking too long. 10/10 would come again. Best thing is, there’s a lot more to the restaurant than their fried chicken, plenty of other dishes to try...
