There's one staff here was so rude at responding to the customer. Planning to order for the tear and win, but the way she said it was soooo rude. I know they need to make like A LOT OF ORDER! but you can just say sorry if you are not taking order due to overload. Its not necessary to say if we are willing to wait 4-5 hours for the drink and she even not say sorry about it.
If you come at this branch often, you would know the person who always take orders at the cashier.
Chagee need to take action on this and train your staff to be polite. i dont care if she is a manager or whatsoever but you are working as a frontliners and should act as one to the customers eventhough you are tired.

I asked the staff if I can change to the correct drink POLITELY…but the cashier RUDELY talk back with a high tone of voice as if I am stupid in front of other customers even it is not a big deal…??
PLEASE BE POLITE WITH CUSTOMER WHEN UR CUSTOMER IS ASKING POLITELY..really ruined my day.
