McDonald’s Petron Seksyen 7 Shah Alam is by far the worst McD branch I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to plenty. From the moment I stepped in, the vibe was just off. The staff looked annoyed like I was bothering them by placing an order. No greetings, no smile, nothing. Just straight-up rude like they hated being there.
I ordered a simple set meal, nothing complicated. Took them more than 20 minutes to prepare — and there wasn’t even a long queue. When I asked politely how much longer, one of the staff gave me that classic “it’s coming lah” attitude without even checking. No sense of urgency, no customer service.
When the food finally arrived, the fries were cold and soggy, and the burger tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. The bun was dry, the patty was hard, and honestly, it just felt like leftovers being passed off as fresh. I’ve had better food at roadside stalls for a fraction of the price.
To top it off, the drink machine was half working, and nobody bothered to refill or check. The tables were dirty, trays left uncollected, and no one cared.
This place seriously needs new management or proper staff training. I won’t ever step foot in this branch again. Total...
Read moreReally sad with the service from mcD, especially at breakfast time. Even after ordering from 6.45am, the order is still not ready, I have to wait until 7.10am. That's until the drive thru doesn't open sometimes until 7.15am. Even take away is always not ready early, you have to wait. What else is the real problem.. All sorts of illogical reasons in the morning, the chili sauce is out, the tissue is out, the bbq sauce is out. Better close this restaurant. Even the mamak shop is better, it's impossible not to have stock taken from the night shift. The name of the restaurant is great, the advertisement is great, the promotion is great. But there are problems with the work and service from the crew. We are not asking for perfection but as a crew you have been trained in this field. If it happens 4 times in a week, it means management has to take serious action. I'm not. I mean all the crew are inside, not all of them.. Most of them are like that.. Text and call RGM doesn't reply, doesn't answer. Even if it has been transferred to another place, inform...
Read moreIt seems that your team has not been trained in proper guidelines and customer service etiquette. My father simply asked for extra sauce, and your staff informed him that he would have to pay RM1,800.00 for it. Is it appropriate to engage in a dispute with an elderly customer? Where are your company's proper guidelines? Even if your staff was tired or facing other challenges, is this how McDonald's typically handles customer requests? Shaming my father in front of other customers. Furthermore, the staff member in question was wearing a gray uniform, indicating that he is a manager, which is even more worst. A manager should set an example by following guidelines and conducting themselves professionally at all times. This is truly...
