Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Shah Alam

Absolutely terrible service. Absolute terrible service.

Date: 4 September 2022 Time: 8pm

I ordered 2 small pizzas and one main large one. The small ones i’ve received already but the large one never even reached me, and they only told me the reason after i’ve waited almost an hour which was their fault for accidentally giving to a Grab Rider instead.

The waiter than asked me to wait 8 minutes more so i said okay but after waiting, again they said that they accidentally sent to another Grab rider.

They asked me to wait another 15 minutes. I had enough so i told them that we’ll just eat elsewhere but as soon as the waiter heard that, she asked me to pay even though their pizza hasn’t even been cooked.

I told them no and that they can’t charge something that has never served and if i had to wait 15 minutes, i might as well go to McD and eat there.

The supervisor insisted that i sit and wait and being pressured and hungry, i just got up and told her straight that we’re leaving and not paying for that one.

The same thing happened with the other customer who also got scolded by the rude supervisor.

What’s worse is that that bloody pizza hut was empty and had only 3 tables and they were still so very slow. Rubbish service by a team of incompetent idiots. Never coming here again and i advise any sane person to not ever come to this pathetic place again.

I came at 8-9:00+ pm and upon entry nobody greet us,only bells ringing. Sat at table but nobody assist. At 5 min we start looking around to find a staff. Zero staff at dining area.Then we looking around figure out ourself that the other section had small clip board with qr code. Then we like ‘oh’ .. start annoyed. Without being assisted,we sat at randomly table. Friend go to toilet and he said, terrible odour and very dirty !!oh my !! After scanning and ordered, all was great until pizza super supreme came. Why stuff crust folding not neat ? And where is our olives on our pizza ??? Ask staff but she ignored us ( female tudung staff ) And soup only came after 2 slices pizza’s left? No say sorry for delay ?. (male staff) Until we finished meal n paid, nobody come to us for apology. I am really upset. Luckily cashier name ‘ALYA’ ask for apology at cashier counter during payment after i told her the situation.Its not her fault i know because i need an explanation from the manager / kitchen person who make my pizza/soup.Not that cashier. I am very frustrated and even only 2 table on that time, they failed to deliver the basic of hospitality and quality...

This premise doesn't put customer's request as priority. On Sept 23 2019 around 7pm, I placed a take-away order and left for Maghrib prayer while waiting for pizza. Then I returned quite early so there is much time for dine-in. I asked for permission to stay a while and enjoy the pizza in the premise itself. This is because the premise is completely empty without any customer despite of large area and big capacity of seatings. Just one pax dining in, wouldn't make any harm, right? To my shock, my request to dine-in is rejected right away as per "manager's instruction" and the only accessible area for me is outdoor dining area. With Shah Alam having bad haze with IPU reading nearly 200, you expect your customer to dine outdoor? What kind of manager is that? And the staff can't even negotiate when the premise is obviously empty? Shame on you, 100% won't recommend this place when pizza...
