I believe Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus should focus on improving the customer service skills of their staff. During my recent visit, one staff member was incredibly rude while taking my order. She kept saying "satu satu, SATU SATU" in an annoyed tone, even though I had clearly repeated my order multiple times. Her attitude—how she spoke, looked at me, and handled the order—was disrespectful and unprofessional.
To make things worse, she openly talked about me to her colleagues while I was still there. Let me remind you, not everyone who dines and orders at your establishment is someone you can treat with ego or disregard. I came to enjoy a meal, not to have my mood ruined by poor service. Please don’t assume that all customers will tolerate being treated this way.
Good manners and professionalism are ESSENTIAL, especially in customer-facing roles. This type of behavior wouldn’t be acceptable in larger companies, where staff undergo proper training to ensure incidents like this don’t happen. I strongly recommend your team be trained to value and respect customers.
Now, I do have her picture and considered posting it here for others to see. If I followed my emotions, I’d probably post it to let people know. But I’ve decided not to because I don’t want to embarrass her publicly. Please take this as a chance to reflect and be better. A simple apology or a polite attitude could have left a much better impression.

When customers asked you for something, isn’t it common sense for you to attend the customer instead of listening to them only to turn your back and do something else and ignore the ask? The ask is simple my dear staff, im asking if the food placed at counter is mine because i wasnt given any receipts. I asked to another person at the counter but she’s busy attending new customers that are placing the order so i understand that i need to wait but what’s with the face given my dear? At the counter, it stated that if you scan the QR which directed to google review, you’ll be given free drinks. I placed my review for the drink (that review was given before i went home) and i give 4stars in overall. Asked the staff, poorly treated. Then she asked why i gave 4. Apparently only 5 stars will be given the drinks. I asked her if what she’s saying stated somewhere here (at the QR). Then she said its ok and asked me which drink that i want. At this point im not sure anymore. Im thankful for the drink anyhow. For improvement maybe AGPK S7 can add the remarks at the QR as it’s misleading and will lead to dishonest review.

Day 1 - Date of visit was 23rd August 2023. The aunty at the cashier was super nice, she smiled and assisted us politely. The food was great, the chicken part given for "ayam crispy" is drumstick. Free flow and service for so u can refill just in case u need more. In terms of taste, it was outstanding. As for atmosphere i best i can give is 3/5.
Day 2 - Date of visit was 24th August 2023. A younger girl cashier was on duty today, she did not maintain eye contact. When asked for chicken parts she gave me a stare and just look at the machine without assisting. The question asked was "may i get the thigh part". And she replied with "theres no thigh for crispy chicken 😒" without explaining which one i should choose or if i want to change my order. As a waitress who used to work in both "kitchen" and "serving customers", i am fairly disappointed in her. I ordered the same food, set A with drink. Today's food taste great per usual and the service was still fast even though there were many people queueing.
Overall, i must admit that the food tastes great, it was consistently served in an efficient way. The atmosphere was mid but it was not an issue.
