This is my third visit, today's in the afternoon and the service is lousy. Had to wait 20 mins with no call for my drink, then went to the counter to inquire only to be told the drink is ready and has been sitting there for a while to the point the ice is already melting. They told me they have called my name but not even once I heard it, and I've been sitting by the counter the entire time. Not even an apology, just a lousy "ye ke". Please improve your service, voices aren't audible, people have been wondering for their drinks and I wasn't the only one, staffs are not friendly and literally didn't care to look if customers are still waiting with empty hands for a while. The ONLY ZUS OUTLET that does not know how to make a proper buttercream latte. Ordered it during launch week and it tasted like I’m only drinking plain milk… ordered it again on oct and it tasted the same!!
