I ordered a birthday cake for my mum. It looked really good, their latest hazelnut chocolate cake worth RM142. I noticed there was a smear on the cake and I informed the staffs if they can rectify it during payment. They said can. So I paid and told them I will collect it later. Upon collection, I noticed the smear was still there. I confronted the same staff (name is Salim I think) and he told me that it can’t be rectified and he offered to use chocolate syrup to cover it instead. I got so angry and told them what’s the best solution they can offer. He said “ini cake sudah smear dalam kotak sebelum datang, so sekarang you nak ini cake ke tak??”. I was so appalled by the rude answer.
If you can’t rectify the problem, you should have said it upfront when I asked the question before payment. Giving blatant remarks as excuses isn’t a solution. Having incompetent staffs who can’t speak proper English/Malay and looking blurr as ever is a disgrace.
I’ve always supported the Kota kemuning outlet many times but this is probably my last time coming...
Read moreUnderstand that many companies use "saving the environment" as excuse to earn more by selling plastic bag. I could understand.
We bought 6 slices of cake, the staff didn't give us a big plastic bag (whole cake box size), instead he gave us a small plastic bag for a slice of cake, max we can only put 3 small boxes. When we said the plastic bag is too small, he requested us to buy 1 more.
20 cents for a very small plastic bag is too much, and requested us to buy 2 plastic bags just to put 6 slice of cakes. I don't understand why 20 cents can't get a normal size...
Read moreI went to buy a cake for a friend's housewarming, and the staff (seems like a branch supervisor) was so friendly that he kept recommending I write something on the cake, which I did not intend to do initially. Finally, I consented, and they did an excellent job that my friend adores very much.
Even though it may appear to be a small matter, I sincerely appreciate it and wish to express my gratitude. Thank...
