09/05/2022 - Around 6.45 pm - 7.00 pm, I came to take away 1 whole cake. I think there was some quarrel between the staffs as they looked disinterested to serve me.

11/06/2022 - Came for dining around 5.30 pm. A lot of menu was unavailable. We ordered two shinjuku bakes (1 maple and 1 caramel), waiter said maple no longer available, so we go for both caramel, in the end waiter send only 1 caramel🤦🏽‍♂️. I ordered hot chocolate drink, then waiter send juice watermelin drink 😟 I wonder what were they doing in the kitchen, seems so hallucinated.

I am not looking forward to come here again, will go for...

Not convenient compared to other outlets due to bad maintenance. Aircond suddenly off when we re still eating. So hot. Limited tables open for dine-in and we are not able to get the spot that we like (for 5 of us including 3 children). Most of the menus are sold out by the time we arrived (around 1 30pm). Quite dissapointed. But there is 1 male staff who is very friendly (definitely not the supervisor/permanent staff wearing grey uniform). He kept on apologizing because of what happened and chit chatting a bit, not as lousy as the other 1. So Im still okay despite all the things...

Service slow. Some of the waitress are very rude. Menu guna online it fine but teach them how to use. Kalau system down bgth cust. Dont just let the cust. Wait for 1hour or more so untill they cancel their order and leave. Dh tahu system down kasi alasan kami x cukup tangan sbb staff xramai that not our problem u as a worker at secret recipe know that the system are down it ur responsible to tell one of u to go around n bgth cust.
