Went to the restaurant tonight with my family. Received order with small portion of chicken. Politely asked to change the chicken part. Staff returned and slammed the plate on our table while making rude gesture and expression. The chicken is more smaller and unsatisfactory. We accepted our rizq but ordered another chicken portion and ask for for breast or keel this time. Staffs were rude and acted like they did not hear me and denied my request.You think I was begging for food? I paid for it and even ordered a extra chicken since the 1st portion served was small despite numerous request. I was polite to your staff tonight and you treat me like I am a beggar. If your staff have problem working there maybe you should reflect the current work environment and should not let your staff vented at the customers because they are unhappy or not willing to work there. Nonsense and acceptable. Look at the comments, I thought I was the only one/isolated case. Investigate more and keep your house...

I don’t like the service that the two aunties gave (one in the kitchen and one nearby the drink counter). I went to ask for a rice and sambal refill but the one in the kitchen just looked at me and looked away as if she’s busy when in fact she’s doing nothing. I stood there like a pole, when i called her, she go away and let another guy from the kitchen to do the refill.

Other than that, services given by male workers are top notch. Except those two aunties ugh

i went to this restaurant yesterday. i ask for extra sambal but the staff put a little of nut. i ask for extra nut repeatedly however this staff pretend not hear my request and put extra rice in my plate. i ask again to put extra nut. he did but he put a lot of nut until my plate full of that sambal. he make a nasty face and during he put the sambal, he angrily put it inside my plate. he should not work as food serving with this kind of rude attitude. he thinks he own...
